"Hello? Sir? Are you still there?" The woman at the other side of the phone called out after a few beats and I eyed the phone, quickly trying to think of what to do. My hands were tied and the phone was my only option at escaping this place.

I used my legs to nudge the phone around till it had shifted in my direction, doing everything to get the phone close enough to me as best as I could.

"Hello?!!" I called out desperately, hoping she’d be able to hear me from the position the phone was currently at.

"Hello, sir. I need an address for me to be able to send an ambulance. Isn’t the situation an emergency?" She asked next, sounding confused

"Look, listen to me. I was kidnapped and I don’t know where the man brought me to. I’m pregnant and I believe my baby might be in danger. Please send help!" My voice broke at the last part and I realized that I was starting to break down, which was almost funny because I didn’t cry one bit since I got brought here.

"Er... are you sure?" The woman asked and I bristled but reminded myself that she was my only hope and that if she ends up hanging up on me, I might end up dying here before I get discovered.

That prompted me to patiently explain the current situation to her as best as I could, urging her to track the phone’s location since I didn’t know the address of where I’m being held at. After promising me that help was on the way, the call ended and I found myself praying that her words ends up being true.

My mind traveled towards Kenny and I wondered how he must have felt on discovering my kidnap. Did he get worried for me?

That wasn’t even a question, I knew within my heart that he’d have felt completely broken by my abduction, just like I currently feel by his lack of presence here right now.

I forced myself to think happy, calming thoughts. And so I thought of Kenny, of Anna, and of my baby, hoping that it didn’t get harmed by Trevor’s kick.

The stench of blood in the air was making me want to vomit again but I suppressed the urge with all of me.

When the police arrived, I almost sobbed with relief.

They loosened my binds and I got carried out of the room, straight into an ambulance. My eyes kept searching for Kenny till I saw him approaching, appearing wrecked and extremely disheveled. He was in the ambulance almost immediately, cupping my head and holding me against his chest as I clutched his shirt and cried.

"You’re... you’re hurt." He whispered, extremely horrified as he took in my bloodied form and I shook my head, realizing how ridiculous my explanation was gonna sound.

"That’s Trevor’s blood. I bit his dick off."
