The alpha stared at me for a few seconds before letting out a chuckle, one which made me blush all the way to the roots of my hair.

He cocked his head to the side while silently regarding me, and I felt uncomfortable underneath his gaze, which made me grip the blankets once again.

"What makes you think I like virgins?" He asked, lips twitching and I bit on my bottom lip while my cheeks flamed up.

"I- I just thought–" I began to speak but he easily cut me off.

"How much experience do you have?" He asked after a few moments as he leaned back in his seat.

I swallowed emptily and squared my jaw, while trying to think of how to word my response. I needed to sound believable, and also be able to prove my claims, if not he was gonna figure out that I was lying; and if that happens, he'd most definitely drag me all the way to the palace.

I exhaled slowly before responding. "Enough."

This time, he scoffed out a small laugh. "Enough?" He echoed out and I nodded my head, making sure to still hold his gaze so I could sell my claims.

"What are the things you've done so far then? Can you list them for me?" He asked and I silently cursed myself out underneath my breath.

I didn't think this far before claiming that I have enough experience. The only experience I have were the times Alex and I shared kisses and nothing more.
