Faye’s POV

"What the fuck?"

Princess slowly woke up, stretching her arms as she sat up. She was fucking naked.

My breath caught. It felt like all the air in the room had been sucked out at once. My chest rose and fell too fast, too loud in my own ears. I didn’t want to believe that we both... we.... No.

No. Of all the people in this town, it had to be her. Her.

The moment she spotted me, she froze mid movement. Her eyes locked on mine. For a second she didn’t blink. Neither did I. Something sharp passed across her face. Shock. Confusion. Then suddenly she jumped and was standing on the bed.

I swallowed.

From where I stood, clutching the duvet to my chest, I could see her fully now. She wasn’t even trying to grab clothes or cover herself. She just stared at me like I was the problem here. Like the fact that she was naked didn’t matter.

"What are you doing here? Who the fuck let you in?"

My fingers tightened around the duvet. I forced my voice steady. "I’m as surprised as you are."

"You’re supposed to be Kiara. Did you take advantage of me?"

My brows pulled together. "Moon, no. I’m supposed to be asking the questions. I’m sure you’re the one who took advantage of me. I don’t even remember how I got in here, but I just hope we didn’t..."

She didn’t hesitate. "Yes, we did. We had sex. I know when I’ve had sex with someone. But I was supposed to be having sex with Kiara, not you, Omega."

She pointed at me like I’d committed a crime. Her jaw tightened. Her nostrils flared.

"What the fuck is happening here? Of all the people, it had to be you!"

My stomach twisted. I hated how calm she sounded compared to the chaos in my head.

"At least you remember having sex, but you didn’t check if I was your girlfriend. Typical. Dumb."

"Dumb?" Her eyes widened. "I was blindfolded. I was told it was a surprise night with my girlfriend."

I let out a short breath through my nose. "Blindfolded and still dumb. You could’ve smelled or sensed you were fucking an omega, huh?"

My eyes dropped to the floor. My pants were somewhere near the bed. I shifted, still holding the duvet, and bent slightly to look.

"Hey, don’t call me dumb. I’m not dumb. You’re the stupid one. At least I was blindfolded. I could tell something was off the moment I cupped your boobs. They felt small and not squishy. Kiara has busty boobs."

Heat rushed to my face. "My boobs are not small."

"Yes, they are." She demonstrated with her hands, far too confidently. "They felt like the size of a tangerine. Or maybe a grape."

"Really? All you’ve been doing is calling me a bitch since the day we met. And didn’t I warn you not to come near my eyesight?"

"Fuck you!"

"Fuck you too... Tangerine boobs Omega."

My jaw clenched. I hated that she said it so easily. I hated that she looked so sure of herself. I hated that I could not even argue properly because I could not remember a single thing from last night.

Still clutching the duvet, I used my foot to drag my pants closer. The fabric scraped across the floor. I bent, picked them up, and my breath stalled.

They were ripped.

My fingers spread over the torn seam. "Look. Proof that you raped me."

She climbed down from the bed, scanning the floor for her clothes. "Rape is a strong word. And look, my clothes are torn too. So who raped who?"

I looked up. Her dress was shredded at the side. The fabric hung loose in her hand. There were marks on her shoulder. My stomach dipped.

I could not remember. Not even a flash.

The duvet slipped from my chest and dropped to the ground before I could catch it. Cool air brushed against my skin. She looked at me again. Her eyes dragged down.

"Ah ha. I was right. Tangerine boobs... And you do work out. Nice build. That also proves you’re capable of taking advantage of me."

I stepped back, crossing my arms over myself. "You’re an Alpha."

"So now you’re admitting I’m stronger than you? Because weeks ago you were ready to prove who was stronger. Remember? Claws against claws."

Her voice lowered slightly. Not softer. Just steadier.

"Look, Omega, it turns out we’re both clueless about what happened here last night. You entered my room. We couldn’t control ourselves. And we went all the way."

She inhaled slowly.

"Mistakes happen. This is a mistake that will stay in this room. You and I never met last night. We didn’t have sex. We did not wake up together. And right now, no one is here."

"Hahaha." The sound that left my mouth felt dry. Fake. "I don’t even remember doing it, so I’ll just pretend I never attended any club last night and that I was home all night."

My legs felt slightly weak as I moved toward the door.

"And I don’t want this to repeat itself," she called out.

I stopped. Turned slowly. "What? Leave? Bye bye?"

"Really? I’m supposed to walk out naked?"

I looked down at myself, then back at her. "How is that my fucking problem?"

She exhaled sharply and walked toward her closet. After a moment, she opened it and stepped inside. I hesitated, then followed.

Rows of shoes. Neatly arranged. Clothes sorted by color. Everything in its place.

"Here. Wear this."

She held out a gown.

"That’s a gown. I don’t wear gowns."

She closed her eyes briefly. "Oh, omega studs."

She turned back to the closet, searching again. Hangers shifted. Fabric rustled. She pulled out a jumpsuit and a jersey.

"My pants won’t fit you, but this overall will. And this jersey."

I took them from her hands. Our fingers brushed for half a second. I pulled away first.

I dressed quickly. The fabric smelled like her. Clean. Faint. I tried not to breathe too deeply.

After putting them on, I cleared my throat. "I’ll return them."

She waved it off. "Keep it. I have plenty. I won’t even notice it missing."

Of course she would not.

My lips pressed together. "Right."

I left her room without looking back.

The hallway was quiet. Too quiet compared to last night. My footsteps sounded louder than they should. My head felt clearer now, but heavy at the same time.

When I reached the club area, workers were already cleaning. Mops dragged across the floor. Chairs were being stacked. No music. No neon glow. Just daylight slipping in through the entrance.

I stepped outside.

The air hit my face, cool and sharp. I folded my arms across my chest, suddenly aware of every inch of myself.

I wished I had my hoodie. Something to hide under. Something to make me smaller.

I let out a slow breath. I can’t believe I made out with the one person I’m supposed to hate right now.
