Fuck!!!! I'm Having The Alpha Princess's Baby.

It was a nice, beautiful Sunday morning. It was exactly the kind of morning when someone like me is supposed to have some quiet time, just staying in bed either sleeping or scrolling on my phone.

I still hadn’t been able to retrieve my friends’ contacts from my former phone. The thing was still broken and sitting inside the mall waiting to be repaired, but I had managed to track one of them down through social media. Just one. His name is Dave, and he’s a pretty famous biker who posts videos of himself doing stunts. I sent him a quick message saying hi, but he hasn’t replied to me yet. I figured once he finally does, I can get the rest of the group’s numbers and maybe finally ask what happened with Guru.

I was still sprawled out on my bed when the doorbell rang. I heard one of the kids run to go open the door. I dragged myself up and came out of the room, and the very second I heard that voice, I knew exactly who it was.

Princess.

She was already inside, sitting right there on the couch with the kids. She looked perfectly at home, watching cartoons with them like she didn’t have a care in the world. She turned her head the moment I stepped into the living room.

"Omega, are you ready? I am here to pick you up."

She sounded genuinely happy. Honestly, it looked like she was the one who was more excited about this whole thing. Her smile was so bright it felt like it lightened up the entire room, as if she had been waiting her entire life just for this one day to arrive.

"Good morning, Princess. Yes, I am," I said. I stayed back, leaning against the wall with my arms folded. I just stood there for a second, staring at her and trying to process her energy.

"Okay, shall we?" she said, gesturing toward the door with her hand.

I didn’t say anything. I just let out a long sigh and started moving toward the door. Eriko was sitting at the dining table and waved goodbye to us as we headed out. Paye was still in his room dead to the world, and the kids all chimed in with their own goodbyes as the door closed behind us.

We made it to the hospital a little while later. We didn’t have to wait long before we were shown into a room to wait for the doctor. I was lying back on the thin paper of the exam bed while Princess sat right beside me. She had picked up a baby magazine from the rack and was flipping through it, smiling at every single page she turned.

"You are really excited, aren’t you?" I asked, watching her.

"Of course I am," she said, her eyes not leaving the glossy pages. "I am finally going to know how many pups I will be having. I have been dreaming about this my entire life."

"Your entire life?" I muttered, raising an eyebrow. "It was only a few weeks ago that you even found out I was pregnant."

"Yes, but it felt like my whole life," she said happily, closing the magazine. "After today, I am going to start on the nursery room. I already have a plan to turn my gaming room into the nursery."

"A gaming room? Inside Lunny Club?"

"Yes, I have my own private gaming room inside my living quarters. It’s plenty big enough for our pups."

I just stared at her. She really was not letting go of that smile. It was hard to believe she already had every single detail planned out in her head, while I didn’t even realize I was supposed to be having a scan today. Sometimes I honestly even forget that I’m actually pregnant, but for her, this is clearly the only thing she thinks about. It’s her whole world.

"So how many do you think we are having?" I asked. I just wanted to keep the conversation going so the silence wouldn’t get too awkward while we waited for the doctor to show up.

"I don’t know for sure," she said, looking thoughtful. "But I was thinking of 12. I have always wanted to have 12 Alpha pups. I have been praying for that, because this might be the only time someone ever gives me pups."

I swear, my entire mind went completely blank the very second the word 12 left her mouth. I couldn’t tell if she was actually being serious or if she was just trying to toy with me. I had to bite my tongue because I knew the next words out of my mouth would probably just be insults.

I sat there, silently praying that it wouldn’t be anything more than 2. Even the idea of 2 was hard for me to wrap my head around, and now this girl is sitting here hoping for 12? What does she think I am? Does she think I’m some kind of baby machine that can just pop out a whole dozen like it’s nothing?

She kept talking, going on and on about her plans, and I was getting more pissed off by the second. I was right on the edge of letting my intrusive thoughts win. I wanted to tell her to shut up before she got any deeper into that fantasy of hers about having 12 pups running around.

Luckily, the doctor walked into the room at the exact right time. She saved me from saying something I’d probably regret. I quickly forced a smile onto my face and greeted her. She asked us if we were ready to start, and we both nodded our heads at the exact same time.

We watched in silence as the doctor pulled on her latex gloves. She reached for a bottle and applied some clear gel all over my abdomen. It was freezing cold against my skin. I flinched a little at the sensation, my muscles tensing up.

Then, she began the scan. She moved the transducer around, her eyes fixed on the monitor. After a moment, she turned the screen so both of us could see what she was looking at.

She started pointing things out on the grainy black and white image, identifying the heartbeats one at a time. I watched Princess, who seemed to light up like a moonlight tree every single time the doctor confirmed she had found another heartbeat.

My mind completely froze the second the doctor said she found a third heartbeat. I felt the air leave my lungs. Then, I think my brain just totally shut down when she said she found yet another one.

"Congratulations," the doctor announced, looking between us with a smile. "You are having quadruplets."

I was reeling, but Princess still looked like she was expecting more. She didn’t look shocked; she looked determined. She actually kept asking the doctor to check again, as if there was a fifth or sixth one hiding in a corner somewhere.

The doctor just shook her head and assured her that it was only four.

Only four. As if four wasn’t enough to change my entire life forever.

I felt a cold sweat break out on my forehead. I slowly turned my head away from the monitor and gave Princess a long, hard death stare. I wanted her to feel exactly how I felt about her twelve pup prayer.
