Out of caution, Lucien did not force control over any of the sensing insects, letting them fly around chaotically.

He merely kept reviewing the perspectives of numerous insects, silently recording some seemingly useful information, while comparing it with the memory of the Bone Mound situation, quietly analyzing where Nolian and his group might be hiding and whether suspicious wizard formations or traps existed around the Bone Mound.

“Nolian is only a Third-level Wizard Apprentice, he wouldn’t risk residing deep within the Bone Mound, especially since it poses certain risks even for Formal Wizards, so I need to focus my observation on areas outside the Bone Mound, particularly places that could be turned into temporary camps,” Lucien observed silently.

The Second-level Wizard Apprentice, Bilau, was currently stationed by the core of the wizard formation inside the camp, responsible for monitoring any abnormalities surrounding the camp. He dared not be distracted, because if Nolian discovered any negligence, he would face severe punishment.

Even for them as students, being severely punished was relatively good, for if things were slightly worse, it wouldn’t just be a punishment…
