"These two bloodlines continuously collided and fused within the body of that predecessor after their death, and now they have formed a new type of Fairy Bloodline that can switch between Fairy and Sprite Dragon... Once you advance to a Formal Wizard, your spiritual power should be able to control the bloodline more freely and manipulate your body’s changes."

Lucien looked at Carly with a smile that wasn’t quite a smile. "So, to control your bloodline freely, work hard, Carly!"

"Lucien, Mentor, I..." Carly was feeling a bit anxious at the moment. After all, having spent over a decade living as a human, she identified more with her human side, with being a Wizard. While the appearance of a humanoid Fairy Carly could come to terms with, the thought of having to maintain the form of a Sprite Dragon in her daily life felt like it would drive her insane.

In her emotional state, the spiritual power seal that Lucien had just placed within Carly’s bloodline seemed to loosen slightly, causing small, fine silver feathers to rapidly sprout along the sides of her face, adding an even more otherworldly look to her appearance.

"Hmm." Lucien glanced at Carly, then tossed her the Alchemical Amulet he had crafted, and lightly tapped her on the head.

"It’s not like there aren’t any solutions. This is a Witch Tool with a [Sealing] effect. If you wear it normally, it should suppress your Bloodline Power before it bursts forth. However, if there are significant fluctuations in your Bloodline, the seal might be broken..."

"Thank you, Mentor Lucien." Carly happily accepted the amulet from Lucien, her entire demeanor seeming to leap for joy.

"Mentor Lucien, after this transformation, I have learned many new spells from my bloodline, some of which are Talent Spells from the Sprite Dragon. It’s just that my grasp over the use of my bloodline is still too superficial. I can perceive some spells, but I’m completely unable to activate them..."

"Not yet, after all, it seems this relic repels lifeforms at the level of a Formal Wizard." Lucien shook his head.

"But, Mentor, the aura you just released feels more exaggerated than the Formal Wizards I’ve encountered in my dreams." Carly muttered softly, but quickly remembered the main point she had planned to discuss with Lucien.

She moved closer and then looked up at Lucien. "Mentor Lucien... it seems that after the baptism, I gained some measure of control over this secret realm."

Carly raised her right hand slightly, revealing a moon-like rune on her wrist. "According to the message left by the predecessor, once I reach the level of a Level 3 Wizard, I should be able to fully refine the Cloud Country and become the new ruler of the Cloud Country."
