His expression was identical to the one he had before his time travel as he struggled out of the self-service restaurant, leaning against the wall.

Lucien also had no time to say anything else, he quickly grabbed his belongings and left swiftly, not even bothering to pick up the leftovers from the previous battle; he simply shoved a broken spear into his Space Ring as he passed by.

Just a short while after Lucien entered the underground pipeline, a slight explosion sounded behind him.

The next moment, rocks surfaced abruptly, as though two overlapping canvases were filling the originally empty space.

And Lucien, being in one of those "layers," felt an intense squeezing pressure that almost choked him.

It was as if the surrounding space was rejecting him, trying to squeeze him out as an "intruder."

"Miss!" Among them, a somewhat frantic figure rushed forward and embraced Lucien, then started to sob heavily.

Somewhat bewilderedly watching this commotion, Lucien noticed the attentive gaze of those nearby. He blinked hard, and then, embracing the Maid Mier, he too began to wail loudly.
