This wizard only wishes to be a teacher

Wizard Heli walked expressionlessly to the center of the wizard formation, simultaneously placing the "soul bead" loaded with many grieving souls atop the "kerosene lamp" in the center of the formation.

The souls inside the bead seemed to be drawn by a strong force at that moment, beginning to howl and struggle; their terrifying screams echoed throughout the hall, yet were restrained to this small, enclosed space by the power of the wizard formation.

These wails were so intense that they could be considered a kind of sonic witchcraft attack. Should an ordinary person hear these ghastly death wails, they would likely feel dizzy and disoriented, at the least falling seriously ill, or possibly even having their consciousness obliterated by the powerful sonic impact, turning into a walking corpse in the truest sense.

However, none of these laments seemed to shake Wizard Heli; he steadily controlled the wizard formation. Soon, those Wizard Apprentices impaled on the stakes let out shrill screams, while the blood from their bodies slowly seeped out onto the stakes, dyeing the wizard formation on the ground a blood-red color.

And as the lines of the formation were thoroughly imbued with blood, soon this blood-soaked and evil-tinged wizard formation began to faintly glow, taking the shape of an evil skull with somewhat curved horns.

Whirl...

The blood began to boil and gradually turned from blood-red to blackish red.

The blood evaporated into mist, eventually forming the illusion of a massive door swirling with darkness and flames.

On the other side also was an ancient hall, yet despite the thick barrier, one could still feel the sulfuric air from the other side.

As the phantom of the massive door emerged completely, the bodies of the seven Wizard Apprentices used as sacrifices began to decay rapidly. Their hair turned grey in an instant, their skin shriveled, but they didn’t lose consciousness, only feeling an intense terror as they sensed the mysterious being from the other side of the door continually draining everything from them.

"You’ve come to seek me again, my friend," said a voice full of warmth and friendliness from the other side of the door, beyond an immense distance in time and space; subsequently, a refined top hat appeared on the other end of the door.

Underneath the hat, a face appeared—handsome to the point of being somewhat demonic, smiling at Wizard Heli with a gentle and reserved gaze, like a friendly and kind gentleman. "However, I sense you’ve run into some trouble..."

Yet at that moment, Wizard Heli remained very calm, showing none of the madness from over-manipulating "puppets" as he usually did.

He lifted his head to look at the "friend" in mid-air, his dark blue eyes harboring a deep wariness.

This wizard formation was his greatest reliance for rising and becoming a Formal Wizard, and even his main focus on the Puppet Master lineage was related to the "friend" before him.

But in his heart, Wizard Heli harbored the deepest wariness of this "friend," and had even thought previously that he should avoid any further dealings with the other party.

Only under the great pressure from Lucien would he activate this long-sealed wizard formation.

"I seek your help," Wizard Heli said indifferently, lifting the "soul bead" in his hand to reveal the constantly screaming, struggling, wailing souls within.

"I hope... you can help me kill another Formal Wizard," Wizard Heli gazed at the other side of the door.

"I’m sorry, my friend, I’d like to help, but what you’re offering is simply not equivalent to what you’re asking," the devil on the other side of the door sighed. His emotions seemed to affect Wizard Heli as well, causing his mood to turn somewhat despondent. "Unless... you’re willing to pay an additional price."

"No," Wizard Heli’s pupils visibly contracted, he was very clear on what the devil meant by "price," and sometimes these prices were even more terrifying than mere death.

"Then... then I want you to help me complete this half-finished blood puppet!" Wizard Heli immediately changed his request, his eyes eager as he looked at the devil on the other end of the door.

With a wave of his hand, a human body that had already been preliminarily processed appeared before him, a Mysterious Puppet sculpted in human form but still in an embryonic state, not yet fully complete.

"Possible, but given your limited materials on that side, and the lack of the core material, demon blood plasma, the blood puppet... can only be considered a defective version, and will naturally disintegrate after a month," the devil observed Wizard Heli calmly.

After speaking, Wizard Heli’s soul bead slowly flew towards the other side of the door, and from the other side, a drop of deep purple blood floated over. 𝗳𝗿𝐞𝕖𝘄𝗲𝕓𝗻𝚘𝚟𝕖𝐥.𝚌𝕠𝕞

As the blood passed through the door, it was clearly "stripped" of much of its essence, and then as it flew, it emitted a hissing corrosive sound, seemingly repelled by the environment of the Wizard World. If left exposed to the air, it would be forcibly purified by the Wizard World within a few days.

Nevertheless, the drop of blood soon morphed and, while absorbing the dark red mist in the air, eventually transformed into a half-meter-tall blurry humanoid form. Following that, the blurry figure merged into the body in front of Wizard Heli, causing its skin to gradually turn blood red and the body began to undergo rapid changes...

"I look forward to our next meeting," the door dissipated along with the blood mist, leaving only the devil’s parting words echoing inside the hall.
