This is the effect of a Zero-level Witchcraft of the auxiliary type known as "Ice Mirror", allowing Lucien, who holds the Wizard’s Notes, to remain sufficiently calm during battle. It enables him to correctly select the stored spells within to turn the tide or expand the victory.

On the cover of the Wizard’s Notes is embedded a bone pendant. This is actually the defense-type Witchcraft pendant that Lucien previously acquired for himself. It has now been set into the Wizard’s Notes, endowing it with the original pendant’s protective properties, allowing it to be used as a defensive Witch Tool when necessary.

The parchment-like pages inside the Wizard’s Notes are also made from Morey Beast Hide leather. After special processing, these pages became thin yet tough and possess excellent resistance to witchcraft, able to withstand multiple sealings of Zero-level Witchcraft.

According to Lucien’s estimate, the lifespan of this consumable Witch Tool could endure sealing Zero-level Witchcraft 8 to 15 times, or withstand sealing Formal Witchcraft once or twice before becoming unusable.
