The once-rumored robust and fierce captain now appeared somewhat frail, even possessing a sickly beauty.

"Captain..." Buck quickly understood what had transpired and hurriedly handed over the "medicine" he had prepared earlier. As an eerie sucking sound filled the air, Bartus’s originally pale face turned decidedly rosy, and his voice grew stronger and more resonant.

"I feel an inexplicable unease," Bartus murmured, looking towards the horizon, "After we finish resupplying, we’ll take refuge in the Chaotic Seas for a while, and I don’t plan to return to the continent for at least ten years."

"The Chaotic Seas?" Fear flashed through Buck’s eyes as he incredulously gazed at his captain, his words lingering on his lips, unspoken.
