Chinano couldn't quite see what was at the center of the moon. Her vision blurred, and before she could make out the details, her consciousness slipped away. Still, in that hazy moment, she caught a glimpse of a strange figure—pale skin, long blue-white hair, and thin, blade-sharp eyebrows like willow leaves. His face was devoid of eyes, and he wore a white robe with magatama markings on his neck. He bore a striking resemblance to Madara back on Earth.

"Found it..." the man said softly, his voice reaching Chinano like a whisper from another world. Blood seeped from her crimson eyes, and her body collapsed as she fell into unconsciousness.

Meanwhile, back on Earth—

A tide of suicide insects surged toward Madara. Yet, he remained unfazed. The Truth-Seeking Orbs surrounding him fused into a black sphere, encasing him entirely. It was both the ultimate offense and the most impenetrable defense. Any ninjutsu that struck it would be absorbed instantly.

That's what Madara was counting on—but his arrogance blinded him.

Unexpectedly, the insect swarm had been infused with nature energy. Their chakra wasn't ordinary, and when they wrapped around the black orb in layers, they created a tight cocoon. And then, Zixu's attack came.

His fire, lightning, and violent winds weren't normal techniques either. They carried energy from his fruit—a power beyond typical chakra. The black sphere couldn't completely block that.

Flames and lightning intertwined, each amplifying the other. The combined force slammed into the swarm encasing Madara, causing it to swell unnaturally before exploding in a burst of pale blue light.

The shockwave was immense.

In the distance, the Five Kage, who had just regained consciousness, were hit once again. Fortunately, Naruto and Killer Bee had arrived just in time. Orochimaru and the others appeared at the battlefield's edge, while the three Hokage—revived by Impure World Reincarnation—shielded the current Five Kage from harm.

The explosions continued, echoing like thunder.

Black Zetsu vanished once more—no one knew what he was up to.

Obito tried to warp Madara into the Kamui dimension to protect him, but he couldn't get close. He had no choice but to phase into his intangible form to survive the blast.

Madara, proud as ever, had always considered only Hashirama his equal. Even after becoming the incomplete Ten-Tails Jinchūriki, his arrogance grew. He believed he had surpassed mortality—that he was invincible.

He was wrong.

When he reappeared, his condition was a mess. The black sphere that once protected him was riddled with cracks and holes. His white robes were torn, and parts of his body were scorched black. Even his summoned Chakravartin clone couldn't stop the damage. He looked ragged.

"...Strong," Madara admitted, his tone flat. He didn't know how these two opponents had managed to push him this far, but one thing was certain—he wasn't dead. And that was enough.

His body, fueled by the regenerative powers of an immortal, would recover in moments.

Still, Zixu stayed on guard. Black Zetsu had vanished too conveniently. He might've fallen into a trap before, but he wouldn't let it happen again.

Turning to Hatsuizumi, Zixu handed her something. After a long-winded explanation of how to use it, Hatsuizumi gave him a teasing smirk.

"Is that so? Alright then~" she said, nodding. She could walk through seas of blood and mountains of corpses with a smile—but right now, she had a dangerous idea brewing.

"Madara's healing faster than I expected," Zixu muttered, eyes narrowing. "He's almost caught up to me. So this is what Six Paths-level power feels like..."

He glanced toward the edge of the battlefield. If possible, he wanted the others to test Madara's current strength for him. He had no intention of getting vaporized by another black orb.

The Kage didn't know what Zixu was planning, but they weren't about to let Madara run wild.

Senju Hashirama stepped forward, his face unusually solemn. Always easygoing, he now looked grim. The pressure coming off Madara was overwhelming. The man had changed far too much.

Tobirama was the first to act, as always. He spewed a barrage of water needles from his mouth—but they evaporated on contact with the black orbs. Completely ineffective.

"Use Sage Techniques!" Zixu shouted from a distance.

Hashirama and Minato exchanged a look and immediately entered Sage Mode.

"Tsk... Hashirama," Madara muttered when he saw his old rival again.

A deep purple lightning crackled in Madara's palm. Hashirama, in response, summoned a massive wooden golem that charged forward.

Minato and Tobirama moved in unison, using the Flying Thunder God technique with perfect timing. Golden and blue flashes crisscrossed the battlefield. Minato struck with a Rasengan while Hashirama's wooden golem landed a solid punch.

Madara was sent flying.

But it didn't matter.

He stood up, brushing the dust from his clothes. The damage was real, but his goal was nearly within reach.

From his chest, three chains erupted—each one latching onto Naruto, Killer Bee, and Gaara. His real targets had always been the Jinchūriki. 𝘧𝓇ℯ𝑒𝓌𝑒𝑏𝓃𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘭.𝒸ℴ𝓂

"Hashirama," Madara called out, eyes gleaming. "Just watch. I'm going to create a perfect world."

Black Zetsu emerged once again, his presence concealed until the last second. He surrounded the three Jinchūriki, blocking their escape as Madara began extracting the tailed beasts.

Zixu and the others reacted instantly. Killer Bee activated a self-amputation, severing his tail to avoid being captured. But Naruto wasn't so lucky. The Nine-Tails still hadn't fully accepted him. Their relationship was improving, but not enough.

Kurama—the massive orange fox—struggled against the chains. His claws dug deep trenches in the ground, but it was useless. The chains didn't relent.

Without hesitation, the Fourth Hokage transferred his half of the Nine-Tails to Naruto. The Reaper Death Seal that had split the beast's soul now became their salvation.

As for Gaara... Madara hit a wall. His chains couldn't pull Shukaku out—something was blocking him. After several failed attempts, he managed to rip out only a single tuft of tail fur.

It would have to do.

With the chakra of multiple tailed beasts returning to him, Madara prepared for the final stage.

"I'll give you all credit—you're strong. But that's all..." He looked up at the blood-red moon, his Rinnegan gleaming.

"In the Infinite Tsukuyomi, there will be peace. Eternal, perfect peace. So just... close your eyes and dream."

Behind him, a massive tree erupted from the earth, its trunk stretching toward the sky. The time had come.

The Infinite Tsukuyomi was about to begin.
