Zixu looked up at the sky. Uchiha Madara truly stood at the pinnacle of the shinobi world, exuding an overwhelming sense of dominance. However, if the Whirlpool country were ever threatened, Zixu could still use Hiraishin no Jutsu (Flying Thunder God Technique) to teleport back—though the landing point might not be precise.

Behind him, those tailing him clung like dog-skin plaster. Gaara followed along, confused. He had been fighting Rasa just fine, but somehow, the situation had spiraled out of control. It could only be said that Zixu had introduced far too many unpredictable variables.

"Hmm? Those guys over there..." Zixu narrowed his eyes. A group of odd figures appeared ahead. Leading them was a masked man—his face resembled a boiled egg, and he carried a strange weapon on his back that looked like a cello. His exposed eyes were bizarre: one Rinnegan and one Sharingan. The design matched the two magatama on the mask, though the one at the forehead was empty.

"What's with that look?" Zixu frowned. This man had to be the impostor who once claimed to be Uchiha Madara.

Behind the masked man stood several figures, clearly revived through Kuchiyose: Edo Tensei (Impure World Reincarnation), and each bore the same eerie chakra signature. Zixu sensed a familiar aura among them.

"Two-Tails...?" he murmured. "Hmph, all of them are Jinchūriki." Zixu calmly assessed the scene. He contemplated whether he should first eliminate the nuisances behind him to conserve strength for the truly dangerous ones ahead.

"Only a few of the ones behind are troublesome. The rest can be recycled as chakra batteries. But the ones in front... now they are dangerous. I wonder if they've inherited their tailed beast abilities..."

Acting immediately, Zixu released golden chains from his body. Strange runes ignited on the land and surrounding trees. He threw several ofuda (sealing talismans), and the aura they emitted was so intense even several Kage felt their scalps tingle.

"This guy's insane..." someone muttered as they tried to flee the suction of the chains and talismans. But several were sealed instantly.

"I have a natural advantage when it comes to fighting Edo Tensei," Zixu explained casually, noticing Gaara's strange gaze.

He pointed to the Jinchūriki near the masked man and warned Gaara that if he were caught, he'd become just like them. Gaara's expression turned grim.

"Two-Tails, Three-Tails, Four-Tails, Five-Tails, Six-Tails, Seven-Tails... six tailed beasts. Plus the masked man and three Kage. One versus ten. Hope I don't die here." Despite the odds, Zixu remained optimistic.

After Gaara dragged the sealed Third Raikage aside, Zixu prepared to fight.

"To be honest, I'm curious about your purpose..." Zixu stared at the masked man.

"This world is a lie," the masked man replied calmly. "We're here to create a real one."

Zixu tilted his head. "Interesting..."

The man gestured to the sky. Evening light spilled across the clouds, with the sun not yet fully set.

"With the moon, we'll cast the Mugen Tsukuyomi (Infinite Tsukuyomi). A world of perfect equality," the masked man declared.

Hearing this, Zixu only smiled. Understanding his enemy's purpose simplified things.

"You're just deluding yourself..." he muttered.

Suddenly, the Yōton Ryū (Molten Flame Dragon) emerged. Zixu had fortified his Kongō Fūin no Kusari (Adamantine Sealing Chains), making them especially effective against these types.

The golden chains, now dyed black with sealing runes, circled the Molten Dragon like mini-dragons.

The masked man gave no more speeches. All six Jinchūriki transformed into tailed beasts and unleashed Jinton (Dust Release) techniques as though chakra was limitless. The forested terrain offered Rasa less of an edge, but he still manipulated his gold and sand in a fierce assault.

The ghostly Hōzuki Mangetsu—with his signature mustache—was clearly disgruntled. He hated being bound. Naturally free-spirited, he detested being controlled by Yakushi Kabuto. So he "accidentally" misfired—sending a drop of water meant for Zixu at Mu instead.

Caught off guard, Mu's Dust Release misfired, blasting straight toward the masked man.

While Rasa wasn't hit, Zixu had previously mixed crystal dust into Rasa's gold sand. Now, the gold sand surged wildly—targeting the six Jinchūriki. For a moment, the Edo Tensei Kage seemed to turn on their own side.

The masked man's scalp tingled from the chaos. His body flickered and phased out right as the Dust Release beam came within half a meter.

Even with shared Rinnegan vision, the Jinchūriki couldn't completely avoid the aerial crystal dust. Luckily, their tailed beast forms could tank the damage.

Zixu launched dragon fire from his mouth. The masked man dodged easily—dragon form had little effect on him. But against the massive Jinchūriki bodies, Zixu's attacks landed. Though the damage was temporary, as their Edo Tensei bodies healed rapidly.

The Three-Tails Jinchūriki brandished an enormous iron hook and flung it at Zixu. A Mizukagami (Water Mirror) appeared beside him. Something struggled within, trying to emerge, but eventually dissipated.

But Zixu's brutal tail lashed out before the enemy could regroup. One sweep, and all six Jinchūriki were sent flying. He wouldn't give them time to use any ultimate techniques.

After clearing the field with his tail, Zixu roared to the sky. A wave of invisible pressure burst outward. The masked man, previously confident, suddenly froze as his flickering form locked up.

"Now!" Zixu transformed into a full-sized dragon but didn't strike the masked man. Instead, he expelled a Suishō Keirō (Crystal Prison) to seal the Kage.

The masked man felt a wave of relief. "He missed the chance..."

But just then—

Clang!

A blade pierced the masked man's chest. Shocked, he looked down.

A middle-aged swordsman appeared. His long hair danced in the wind, his entire presence blending seamlessly with the air. He struck with surgical precision—lethally, silently, and suddenly.

This... was the Fūjin Kenshi (Wind Swordsman).
