Chapter 11: Trouble Coming

Ru Anyan huffed in anger but didn’t follow her brother. She turns to Feng Rouyun.

"Are you okay?" She asked, and didn’t even notice how her reaction was way too different from the last visit.

"It’s okay." Feng Rouyun instead smiles with bitterness. "It’s actually my fault. Your brother didn’t do anything and it’s also true that I disturb him. I’m sorry that you quarrel with him."

Ru Anyan was slightly stunned when she heard that it was really not her brother’s fault.

"I’m sorry." Feng Rouyun took this chance and held her hand. He didn’t waste time and quickly let the spiritual energy flow to her.

"Manager, I’m sorry." She just came back to her senses when the young man apologized and slowly let go of her hand. The imaginary things also disappeared like a flash and all she could smell was the disinfectant scent of the hospital again.

Ru Anyan blinked and didn’t dwell on what happened and focused on Feng Rouyun. The young man was hanging his head low out of embarrassment from what happened and she could really say he was genuinely apologizing to her.

She sighs and coincidentally, the door was opened and a nurse entered so she just patted the young man’s shoulder and let the nurse tend his wounds.

While they are busy, she pulls her phone from her pocket and tries to call Ru Ziyan but as expected, he doesn’t answer. She couldn’t help but massage her temples using her fingers. She had been too busy about the things that were going on inside the company and she felt like this endless work would exhaust her big time.

The stress and pressure for the Ellipsis’ future is also worrying her the most and now problem arises again with her brother. Actually, it’s not just Feng Rouyun’s fault but also her. She just subconsciously starts reprimanding her brother even before finding out what happened and even when she knew, she didn’t believe him. So it’s only right that he got angry.

Although that young man was really worrying the family the most. She just felt that he was immersed in online games too much and doesn’t have plans for his future anymore. She’s the breadwinner of the family and all she wanted was for him to have a better future. If he could only focus on studying well and not cause any troubles, it’ll be fine but the young man was clearly at the age of rebellion and won’t listen to anyone.

What was the problem was the familiar white corridor and there was even a logo pasted on the wall on the side.
