They gripped the weapons tightly and waited to hear what the lookout guy had to say.

"The robbers or the cultivators?"

"It must be the robbers. Better run while we can."

The villagers started to panic again.

"Ong, catch your breath and brief us on what you saw." Old Sheng patted the lookout guy on his back impatiently.

The lookout guy shook his head, took a few deep breaths, and stood up.

The villagers were ecstatic when they heard what the lookout guy had said.
