"Master, what do you know about the North Realm?" Lin Fan asked.

He had prepared all that he needed for the trip to the North Realm, but it would be better if he had more information about it.

No better person for him to ask other than his own master.

Zhang Yi Nian frowned and said, "It's the most dangerous realm in Quan Dynasty. I've gone to the North Realm with your senior martial uncle when we were younger."

"Great. You've been there before? Mind giving me some tips on how to survive in it?" Lin Fan poured Zhang Yi Nian a cup of tea and placed it in front of him.

After he placed it, he looked at Lin Fan and said, "Let me go with you. After all, it's for Ming Ye's recovery. I have a duty to help as a fellow peak lord."

Now that master is going with me, chances of survival would be higher.

"Lin Fan." Ho Ming's voice came from behind and he entered with his two swords.

Lin Fan turned and gave his buddy a smile.

He appreciated his help every time.

"Let me get the golden feather from sect master. The North Realm is a few days' distance by horse, and we don't have time for that." Zhang Yi Nian said, and he got going.

As they waited, Ho Ming said, "My father has a surprise for you. It's time we went back and had a look."

"A surprise? Hope it's not a bride waiting for me." Lin Fan said in jest.

"Bride? I don't think so, he only pestered me about it so far. No mention of you."

Ho Ming gave out a sigh.

Lin Fan slapped him on the back and said, "Come on, don't be so picky."

To lighten the mood, Lin Fan said, "Ah. And I thought you had someone in mind. Zhao Jia Rui? Or maybe Zhang Xi?"

He threw the golden feather out onto the ground in front of the main hall.

The golden feather glowed and turned larger immediately.

When it was huge enough for the three of them, they stepped onto the golden feather.

They flew off with a gust of strong wind stirring the fallen leaves on the ground.

Not too far away in the Alchemy Peak.

Elder Hu, Elder Chi and Fan Tian watched as the three of them flew away.

"That Guo He Ru! He lied to us!" Elder Hu exclaimed at the realization.

Elder Chi nodded and said, "He's getting more cunning nowadays. Especially after he met that Lin Fan."

"Lucky that you had the foresight to use tracking powder on Guo He Ru. If not, we wouldn't even know what he is up to!" Elder Hu praised Fan Tian for his foresight.

"No point telling me that now. It's not enough for us to know where and what they are going to do." Fan Tian stopped them, and he clenched his fist.

When Fan Tian got out of the Alchemy Peak, Hun Yen Kun who was standing under a tree surrounded by a group of female disciples noticed him.

He was right. Hun Yen Kun thought to himself.

Fan Family Mansion.

When the guards saw Fan Tian landed onto the ground from his flying artifact, which was a green leaf, they quickly welcomed him into the mansion.

"Master Fan Tian, this way please. I shall inform the family head."

"Do it quickly, I don't have all day." Fan Tian said.

The guard startled for a moment and quickly composed himself.

"I will." He said and scurried off.

Soon, another old man that looked like Fan Tian came out with servants by his side.

Unlike Fan Tian he was frail and weak, holding on to the servants' hands to steady himself.

"Brother, I need you to get rid of someone." Fan Tian said.

"Let me know who and where, I shall get it done." The family head, Fan Tong, said.

Fan Tian got close to Fan Tong's ears and whispered into his ears.

"That's a surprise. First time, even for you..." Fan Tong's eyes narrowed and gave out a chilling aura.

He clapped his hands and said, "I will get it done."

Men dressed in black, appeared out of the shadows and knelt in front of the family head.

When Lin Fan, Ho Ming and Zhang Yi Nian arrived at the North Realm Entrance, they marveled at the surroundings.

There were bones of humans and beasts strewn around the area.

Nothing but silence and darkness surrounded them.
