"Great, just let me know how I can help." Lin Fan said, raising his teacup and toasting Governor Lu.

"Whoever can do so successfully among the candidates to be the next General shall win."

Governor Lu briefed Lin Fan on the situation.

"When will this be? I’ve got to be somewhere else first." Lin Fan replied.

"It’s a mess right now in the Raging Tiger Army with everyone trying to grab power.

"They will move off at earliest in the next few weeks." Governor Lu said.

"Great. It’s a deal then, just inform Sima Liang when the time comes." Lin Fan said and bid farewell to Governor Lu.

Things were lining up smoothly for him.

If Lu Ding gets to be general because of his help, Governor Lu would have to be on his side when the time comes.

The following days were spent stocking up and preparing for the trip to Artifacts Mountains.

Lee Xiao and Tai Lan glanced over and saw plates of demonic beast meat sliced and placed on them.

Ho Jie turned and gave them a chuckle, "Dinner will be served in a minute, take a seat."

Lee Xiao sat down with Lin Fan nervously.

He then pulled Tai Lan’s robe for him to sit down.

Lin Fan shook his head and poured them cups of tea.

"I wish I could go with you." Lee Xiao exclaimed as he thought about what he had gained by going on a mission with Lin Fan.

The other disciples were full of envy when they saw Lee Xiao and Tai Lan getting cultivation lessons from Hun Yen Kun.

His Swordsmanship was now worthy of their attention.

Not to mention the bottles of Blood and Qi Restoration pills that they had.
