Next day, they went down to the first floor of the inn for breakfast.

"So, how do you want to approach this recruitment for new disciples?" Lin Fan asked as he waited for the breakfast to be delivered.

He recalled Zhang Xi and her weird ideas on attracting disciples into the Physique Peak, which ironically made the Physique Peak seem less desirable.

His worries were warranted as Zhang Xi didn't disappoint.

"You and Senior martial brother, Sun Hai can stage a fight," she said excitedly with her hands clashing together, and then she continued, "Then I will come in and save the day, stopping both of you with my Physique Cultivation."

She grinned as she imagined the scenes that would unfold if Lin Fan and Sun Hai agreed to her suggestions.

Sun Hai's eyebrows twitched and he shook his head at her.

Lin Fan rolled his eyes and gave his suggestion instead.

"We can go to the Sima Family, ask for a recommendation from Sima Liang."

His idea was that Sima Liang would be able to persuade those with high potential with his family's clout.

And on top of that, if it was someone who was on Sima Liang's side, their cooperation would be deepened.

Sun Hai quickly nodded and said, "Sounds like a better plan. The Sima Family with their influence in Hong Feng City should be able to recommend young men and women that have potential."

Anything would be more reliable than Zhang Xi's plan.

"But think about the crowd we can attract with the fight," Zhang Xi said and sulked.

She crossed her arms and thought for a moment.

"Fine, we shall do it your way." It was two to one, so she had no choice but to relent.

"We shall visit Sima Liang later then," Lin Fan gave Zhang Xi a smile and said.

"Hot buns incoming." Just then, the waiter came and placed their breakfast on the table.

He seems to be so rich and finally she could have a glimpse at the type of friends he was mixing with.

And the residence could only be described as neat, nothing like the lavish and luxurious mansion with all its ornaments and decorations.

Zhang Xi glanced at Lin Fan and thought to herself, every time she gets to know him better, he was able to surprise her more.

"Master Lin Fan, welcome." The guard standing at the gate bowed to Lin Fan with a big smile, he then glanced at the other guards and said, "Quick, get the family head."

The guard then opened the gate and led Lin Fan, Zhang Xi and Sun Hai to the guest room.

Along the way when they walked past the garden, Zhang Xi was in awe at the well-curated garden with its rare plants and even rare herbs inside the garden.

When some of the maids passed by with their attire made of silk and jewelry on their hands and necks, she started to think of how many pills and artifacts could have been bought instead.

"Lin Fan, promise me you wouldn't waste money on such frivolous things when you get to be as rich," Zhang Xi said.

"Senior martial sister, I still live in a wooden hut, remember?" Lin Fan shrugged his shoulders and said, "When have you seen me spending on anything other than pills, artifacts and manuscripts? So don't you worry about that."

"Keep it up then." She was satisfied with the answer and nodded.

Finally, they arrived at the guest room and Sima Liang arrived shortly after.

"Lin Fan, long time no see." He greeted Lin Fan and the others.

"Get these guests some refreshments and drinks."

The maids bowed and quickly went on their way.

"Feel free to let me know what you need. Master Xin's skills have advanced since you last saw him," Sima Liang said.

"That's good news." Lin Fan was happy with the good news.

Master Xin's amulet had helped him so much in many situations.

And if he had leveled up, he might be able to enhance the amulet for him.

"But we are here to seek potential disciples for the Physique Peak. I will visit Master Xin as soon as I get it done first."

Lin Fan then briefed Sima Liang on their criteria.

"So, what are we waiting for now?" Zhang Xi said and shook her head when one of the maids wanted to refill her teacup.

They had been keeping Zhang Xi and Sun Hai full, with free-flowing tea and snacks.

"Now, you get to choose the candidates one by one," Sima Liang said and clapped his hands.

Twenty young men and women then entered the room.

Most of them stood and gave everyone in the guest room a bow.

When they finished their bow and lifted their heads, some of them startled for a moment when they saw how young Lin Fan and Zhang Xi were.
