Sera Voss had built trade contacts throughout the District’s merchant corridors, establishing supply chains for standard medical materials. Those supply chains connected, through perfectly legitimate wholesale relationships, to distributors who sourced from the inner ring markets.

"We route the orders through Cloudrest’s existing procurement channels," Lin Yue said, the solution crystallizing as she spoke. "Sera places the orders through her regular suppliers. The materials flow through established trade routes. Nothing unusual. Nothing that flags Seven Peaks involvement."

"Lead time?"

"Three days. The suppliers keep most of these materials in stock for institutional buyers. Sera’s branch has the purchasing authority and the trade credit."

"Do it."

Lin Yue drafted the requisition that afternoon, encoding the materials list in the standard alchemy supply nomenclature that Sera’s team would recognize.
