Hua Guguang saw Yun Han lying there quietly with his eyes closed, like a divine statue. She couldn’t help but imagine the look on his face when he woke up and realized he had become her Contractor.

Hua Guguang brushed two fingers across her own forehead, then touched the center of Yun Han’s. A powerful wave of spiritual power flowed within the Energy Shield. The shield’s presence ensured that none of Hua Guguang’s spiritual power would leak out, preserving its intensity to the greatest extent possible.

"Stop! What is that in your hand?" Zhu Hongying, who was watching from the side, was the first to spot Hua Guguang’s subtle movements. The God-breaking Needle was extremely fine, and Hua Guguang’s actions were covert, so it should not have been easy to discover. However, Zhu Hongying was meticulous and had been keeping a close watch on Yun Han. "Withdraw!" Zhu Hongxing shouted. He dispelled the Energy Shield, grabbed Hua Guguang, and took the God-breaking Needle from her hand.

However, Hua Guguang refused to withdraw her spiritual power. She forcibly squeezed her way through the fissure she had just created. Only a few seconds passed before, "AHH!" Hua Guguang let out a bloodcurdling scream, her eyes rolled back, and she fainted.

Yun Han’s brow was tightly furrowed, his face contorted in pain. Blood trickled from the corner of the sickly little White Tiger’s mouth, and it no longer even had the strength to open its eyes.

"You’re still making excuses! Do you have any idea how important the Spiritual Sea is? How can you just break it open at will!" The anger caused a dull ache to spread through Yun Tianye’s chest.

In reality, the Spiritual Link Channel could bypass the Spiritual Sea and directly link two people’s spiritual power. This was a well-known fact. However, in a situation where the Spiritual Sea was sealed, it was not definitively known whether a female Spirit Controller, as the dominant party, could establish a spiritual connection with a passive recipient.

There were rumors of someone succeeding, but they were only rumors.

Hua Guguang had been invited by the Yun Family. Even though her actions were improper, Yun Tianye and Zhu Hongying couldn’t do much to her. Nevertheless, the couple’s attitude toward her instantly shifted from anticipation to disgust.

They had a junior arrange to send her back to the Huajia, with instructions to also report what had happened today to the Huajia’s Family Head.

"Sister, if nothing else works, should we try asking those few seniors?" Zhu Hongxing couldn’t help but suggest.

"Third Uncle, Auntie, why not let Ning Xuan try? Their gene compatibility is over ninety percent!" Lin Mo couldn’t stop himself from pushing the door open and coming inside to speak.
