The Tier Two Extraordinary Items didn’t draw much of Lin Qi’s attention. What truly captured his focus was the document beside the Merit Medal.

’An Extraordinary Item, and a Tier Two one at that!’

This wasn’t the first time Lin Qi had received a Merit Medal, nor was it the first time he had seen a similar document.

In terms of format, this document was almost identical to those for second-class and third-class merits. The only difference was the text written on it.

But this difference in text alone transformed the stamped document into a true Extraordinary Item.

’The special nature of the second and third-class merits was confined to the seal, whereas this one was extraordinary in its entirety.’

The Extraordinary Item in the Dragon Country government’s possession was simply incredible, and it seemed the officials had more or less figured out how to use it.

’It’s a shame I can’t analyze it.’

Lin Qi regretfully withdrew his gaze.

As soon as the elevator doors opened, Lin Qi saw Wang Ziru.

The moment he saw him, Wang Ziru hurried to report, "Boss, I was just about to go upstairs to find you. Director Ding from Hongshan Camp is here, and he’s looking for you."

Ding Yang sat up straight, his voice hearty. "As expected of Student Lin Qi. Nothing escapes your eyes."

Ding Yang opened one of the briefcases and took out its contents.

As he took it out, he said, "You should be familiar with this, Student Lin Qi. A Merit Medal. You’ve already received more of them than I have."

"Just as we guessed yesterday, Headquarters was very generous this time. They’ve prepared a Special Merit award for you. The document for this Special Merit is different from the previous ones, so you’ll need to keep it safe."

"If this document is damaged, the effects it provides will disappear completely, and it cannot be reissued."

Ding Yang spoke with great solemnity. Headquarters had run experiments on this.

If the document is destroyed, the boost to Meditation efficiency and the buff will all disappear.

Carefully putting the document away, Lin Qi decided he would store it safely in the sixth-floor conference room and have Wang Ziru prepare a safe.

After handing over the document, Ding Yang picked up another briefcase, opened it, and said, "Besides this Merit Medal and document, after learning yesterday that your experiment required Extraordinary Items, I arranged for some Warriors to make a trip to a rescue team and procure these two Tier Two Extraordinary Items."

"Currently, per Headquarters’ orders, all High-tier Extraordinary Items obtained by rescue teams must be sent to Headquarters immediately. The various teams have limited stock, so I hope you won’t mind, Student Lin Qi!"

Ding Yang explained the origins of the two Extraordinary Items. Next to them lay their corresponding files.

Lin Qi immediately replied, "Thank you, Director Ding. You’ve helped me a great deal. Yesterday, I had Wang Ziru send the data and a sample of the M-level Potion to Hongshan Camp. Did you receive it?"

Lin Qi put away the Extraordinary Items.

Although he had already decided on the final Extraordinary Item he would analyze for Tier Two, he certainly wouldn’t complain about having too many.

They were bound to be useful eventually.

Extraordinary Items were especially rare in the Cyber World.

If Lin Qi were a bit bolder, he could take the Extraordinary Items directly back to the Cyber World and sell them through Guang Ling’s channels, probably earning a huge amount of Credit Points in a short time.

Lin Qi wouldn’t do something like that for now; the risk was simply too high.

At the mention of the M-level Potion, Ding Yang thanked Lin Qi profusely. "Student Lin Qi, this Potion came at the perfect time. It’s not just our Hongshan Camp; the entire Dragon Country owes you its gratitude for this contribution."
