This step was crucial because it meant he no longer had to go around collecting different Evil God Ceremonies from the same Evil God.

He could simply modify a previously used Evil God Ceremony, potentially altering it into a new, reusable one!

In other words, he could now grab hold of a single Evil God and fleece it for all it was worth!

The only drawback was that the success rate of the Dragon Transformation Secret Medicine seemed to be lower than Isaac had claimed.
