Only My Weapons Level UP

"Hugo! Keep the door closed!" Vanessa shouted. "Amelia and Mary, help him out!"

Those three reluctantly nodded. They wanted the enemy's head as much as the other guy, but they couldn't be surrounded by hundreds of enemies in a confined space.

In any case, Terry spammed his arrows while the others began to prepare their big attacks. The enemy blocked all of the arrows, and when the others launched their attacks, Terry dropped his now and then equipped his hard gloves... he will need that extra level of defense.

The guild masters attacked with some crazy moves. Some swung their weapons like tornadoes and tried to hit the enemy several times; others made Earth spears rain down over the target. However, all of them were either dodged or blocked.

"Concentrated strikes and single target ones are the best options..." Terry thought. "My combo should be good enough for that."

Terry charged at the enemy, and the people around him frowned... he didn't look particularly strong physically, and his gloves also looked like crap. Still, when he used Sonic Punch, the enemy had to block it with its spear before it was pushed for five meters.

The monster looked annoyed at Terry; he certainly looked to have more offensive power than expected, after all. The boss dashed at Terry, and he could only raise his arms to block the thrust of the spear... the attack was blocked. Still, Terry has pushed away until the other guild masters bombarded the enemy with their long-ranged attacks.

When the enemy moved away, and Terry saw himself free, he moved his arms to relax his muscles. They were hurting like hell, even though the gloves blocked them completely.

Terry looked behind and saw the stone door trembling, it was pretty sturdy, but it was only a matter of time before the enemies showed up... the chances of them escaping were already small, to begin with, and with the boss alive, it was practically nonexistent.

Terry suddenly felt Vanessa's eyes on him, and he confirmed after looking at her. She was still waiting for his cooperation, but he just shrugged.

Another heavily armored guild master suddenly received a powerful thrust on his stomach and was blown away. Terry approached the guy and then saw the hole in his stomach... a lot of organs had been damaged... Terry equipped the restoration Wand and began to heal him. Somehow, the organs began to heal, but Terry had to use half of the charges of the wand.

"I don't want to cooperate with morons using my power to help them... but I need to think of something fast...." Terry thought.

His only option was to understand the strength of the enemy, it was unnatural, and Terry had to find a counter. If the enemy were that stronger under normal circumstances, he should have invaded New York a long time ago.

The next one that was almost killed was Oliver. When he blocked an attack, his weapon broke, so the enemy strike didn't kill him instantly, but he was blown away, and after rolling on the ground, he didn't get up. Terry used Heal on him a few times, and then he woke up... Terry's only option was to kick the enemy's ass himself.

After charging at the enemy again, Terry used Sonic Punch, and the beast swung its spear. The weapons collided, and then countless sparks spread in the area. Terry used Triple Attack, but the enemy still blocked the combo by swinging his spear quickly.

When the beast realized that Terry couldn't attack, the beast charged and tried to stab him with a quick succession of hits. Terry was barely able to see the spear moving. Still, he blocked them with his gloves until the enemy swung its spear upward and broke his guard; before Terry could fix it, the enemy kicked his stomach with all its might. 𝗳𝚛𝚎𝚎𝘄𝕖𝕓𝕟𝕠𝚟𝚎𝕝.𝗰𝕠𝐦

Terry spun in the air several times before his back collided against one of the pillars. The impact almost knocked him out for good... but he wished that it had because he felt like just breathing was killing him.

The Pillar fell on his side and crushed several cocoons... while Terry was enduring the feeling of having almost half of his bones broken, he felt some power on his hands.

"What the... hell..." Terry thought.

Terry recognized that feeling... it was Power Boost in action... but he didn't kill anything now... Terry thought that until he saw the smashed cocoons... those creatures were alive, and it seemed that having his body being smashed against the pillar was what caused their deaths...

After forcing himself to move his arms, Terry grabbed the Restoration Wand and began to heal himself. Although he used all of the charges, Terry didn't feel completely healed... still enough to get up.

While the other guild masters were having their asses kicked, Terry looked around at the cocoons... that was going to taste bad in his mouth. Still, Terry had better things to do than let his conscience control him when his life was on the line.
