Only My Weapons Level UP

Terry’s ribcage throbbed with pain, every breath causing a sharp ache to shoot through his body. Despite the adrenaline coursing through his veins, he couldn’t ignore the discomfort. He knew he hadn’t sustained critical damage. Still, the force of the impact and the unexpected launch across the battlefield left him battered and bruised. That was way worse than he had imagined.

Struggling to his feet, he gritted his teeth, trying to regain his composure. The giant red troll loomed before him, its red energy pulsating with an ominous aura. Terry’s mind raced, trying to figure out the best way to face this monstrous foe. His heart pounded in his chest, matching the intense atmosphere around him.

The troll let out another earth-shaking roar, and the ground beneath Terry trembled. He could feel the violent vibrations traveling through his body, but he couldn’t afford to be paralyzed by fear. His training and instincts kicked in, urging him to act quickly.

The sky seemed to darken as the colossal red troll ascended into the air, defying the laws of gravity with its incredible might. Time seemed to slow as Terry’s eyes widened, realizing the impending danger. The monster’s descent was swift and brutal, its weapon raised high, aiming to crush him beneath its weight.

With a surge of adrenaline, Terry sprang to the side with all his might, narrowly evading the catastrophic blow. The ground quaked violently as the troll’s weapon collided with the earth, creating a massive crater that swallowed everything in its path. Debris flew in all directions, the impact reverberating through the air like a thunderous explosion.

Terry’s heart raced as he landed a safe distance away, gasping for breath. The power behind the troll’s attack was awe-inspiring and terrifying. He couldn’t afford to underestimate this adversary. The crater before him served as a stark reminder of the immense strength possessed by the red troll.

"Direct confrontation isn’t an option... but I can’t rely on the others; they can’t face something this fast," Terry thought as he watched the snow dissipate thanks to the enemy’s attack. "We can’t back down now either... this thing has to die here."

It wasn’t the first time that Terry faced an enemy much stronger than him, and it wasn’t going to be the last here. After he lowered his stance, Terry waited for the enemy to charge at him.

In a flash, the red troll charged forward like an unstoppable force, its massive form hurtling toward Terry with alarming speed. Terry’s instincts kicked in, and he leaped into the air, narrowly evading the sweeping strike of the troll’s weapon. The ground trembled as the monstrous force of the attack sailed past him, leaving a trail of devastation in its wake.

Seizing the opportunity, Terry responded with lightning-fast reflexes. He unleashed a flurry of punches, striking the troll’s face with precision. Each blow landed with force, the impact echoing through the air. The troll roared in pain and fury, its red eyes ablaze with rage.

But Terry wasn’t done yet. As he landed back on the ground, he conjured Fire Swords in both hands. He released a torrent of flames toward the towering monster, the fiery blades streaking through the air like shooting stars. The intense heat engulfed the troll, searing its flesh and leaving scorch marks in its wake.

The monster passed below Terry, but the blast of its charge still made Terry spin in the air... despite that, he landed on his feet and turned around only to see the monster do the same.

The burn marks and wounds on the face of the red troll seemed to defy the laws of nature, healing at an astonishing rate. Terry’s heart sank as he witnessed the miraculous regeneration taking place before his eyes. Each scorched patch of flesh and open wound closed and disappeared in a matter of seconds.

The sight left him stunned and filled with a deep sense of dread. How could he defeat an opponent that could heal so rapidly? The red troll’s resilience seemed almost supernatural, and it rendered his efforts thus far seemingly futile.

"Its regeneration speed is even crazier than the other trolls... I guess I was the crazy one expecting something different," Terry thought.

The monster waited for its face to be completely healed... even its eyes were completely back to normal... Terry wondered if that thing was tougher than the red dragon... maybe it couldn’t regenerate if the dragon ate half of its body.

Regardless, Terry already knew the secret of winning against the monster. He just had to cause as much damage as possible, and he knew how he could do that.

As the red troll charged once again, Terry readied himself for the impact. His fist collided with the monster’s weapon, sending a resounding clash of metal echoing through the area. Despite the force of his punch, Terry felt the jolt of the impact, and he was pushed backward. But he didn’t back down; instead, he seized the moment and shot a barrage of Fire Swords at the enemy.

The flames engulfed the troll’s face, causing it to roar in agony. Its monstrous features contorted in pain, but much to Terry’s surprise, the regeneration seemed to struggle with the intensity of the burns. The beast swiftly raised its weapon to block the fiery onslaught, nullifying the damage to its face.

Terry couldn’t help but smirk as he noticed the monster’s momentary confusion. He continued his relentless assault, alternating between attacking the creature’s head and its right elbow. It took a few moments for the red troll to realize Terry’s strategy, but when he charged in and used his Fire Swords at point-blank range on its elbow, the creature’s shock was evident.
