Seth’s eyes flashed. The only reason it could be like this was because his own essence mobilization was far too crude in comparison.

He silently noted this aspect of himself that needed improvement. Before now, he never thought much of his essence channeling.

Seth watched in bated breath, his eyes filled with curiosity as the emerald suddenly pulsed.

A brilliant wave of pure emerald essence swept forth. It was light on the atmosphere, even more docile than when his Shackled rank essence was released.

No one would ever imagine the essence of an Awakened could be distilled into the atmosphere with such delicate control.

Seth was flabbergasted at how finely refined his own essence felt right now, and how delicate it was being on the world around it.

The cadence of emerald swept through the whole of the Aegis Safe Zone, covering thousands of miles in its range.

Leaving Seth’s room, the pure concentration of essence diffused so much it wasn’t visible or detectable to most.

Except the highly perceptive — or his teammates.

And when the range had been fully secured, the oracle sent a rippling wave through.

"After all that corruption seed fed, it still hasn’t undergone an upgrade." Seth lamented as he stared at the screen in his retinas.

It would be too arrogant and foolish of him to even assume he could do so. The next best way to profit from this was to hand it over.

Though they were ambitious, trying to single-handedly unite the world — even if there might be personal interests behind that — he supported it because it gave humanity the next best chance.

And if the research department of the military could unravel this Index, not only would he benefit, but the whole of human society would too.

Not to mention the fact that it would give them an edge over other nations, making uniting the world even easier.

He summoned the Cannon, and surprisingly it was just like a normal personal logbook.

Flipping through the pages, he could see unfamiliar text in linguistics unseen before, scribbled across the pages.

But what was so interesting was the fact that he could still read them, as each character seemed to relay a distinct will fluctuation that his brain automatically translated into words.

"Phenomenal..." Seth praised as he flipped through the book.

And indeed, it looked like the normal scribbling of a human scientist or engineer right before the apocalypse, plus a few drawings.

Seth’s Adam’s apple bobbed as he swallowed hard, examining these sketches...

’If we can truly decipher how to craft these, it would be a game changer...’ Seth’s eyes shone the more he flipped through.

From the rough meaning he had gotten so far, he could tell that mechas seemed to be gene armaments — not just any gene armaments, but ones that echoed gene structures of titan-class creatures!!!
