There are myriad paths in the cosmos, and if not mapped out properly, reaching the peak will be almost impossible, as countless Evolvers will be lost in the mire of infinite, constantly expanding paths of power. Hence why classes exist.]

- Basic class: normal classes which consist of the most basic paths like Mage, Healer, or Swordsman.

- Special class: evolved forms of basic classes, either a mesh of two paths or a deeper comprehensive whole of a path.

- Unique class: special classes that can only be claimed by a single individual. Once a path is threaded, no one else can attempt it until the existing class holder dies.

- Gene class: paths exclusive to those who have gene lineages, classes granted that are derived from your gene lineage.]

[No specific type of class is stronger than the other. Even the grade of classes only signals potential, not strength.

Classes are graded as Common, Rare, Epic, Legendary, Mythic... To know further, you have to increase Tier privilege.]

Seth remained silent, slowly digesting this load of information.

’i wonder which class I will get to choose,’ Seth could only make that decision based on what he was offered.

Though he did have a general idea of the path he hoped to tread, his knowledge was in the end still too shallow.

"Perfect," Seth remarked, finally at ease. He didn’t have to fill one of his slots with a crafter class.

He honestly didn’t want to, except if there was no other way. As much as he spoke about curbing his desire, he still had to follow its path — not mindlessly, though.

And his desire was the hope of experiencing the thrill of progress.

He felt crafting didn’t suit him. Not that he wouldn’t dabble, but he just wouldn’t root his existence in it.

In truth, he was fairly certain that he would get a Gene Class through one of his lineages.

As for which he would choose, that would be decided when faced with the choice. For now, all his questions about classes had been answered.

And it was time to enter his own version of training...

He sat cross-legged, calming himself as he immersed his mind into the river of the past, reliving countless scenarios, revisiting every choice, and every action.

He reconfigured his foes, rephrased his choices, and based on the template information he had on their distinct battle styles, he tackled his decisions.

Even detailed visualizations like these required burning essence, but Seth didn’t mind.

Even if he were physically sparring, it would burn essence all the same. But he couldn’t do that — no one knew how much damage Earth could suffer from an Awakened.

He had to act with restraint and consideration.

Which was why this method was perfect for him. It also helped blur his concept of time.

Making time pass without his knowledge, the sun which had risen rode through the sky and dipped into the horizon.

It was around this moment Seth’s eyes snapped open. He had just sensed his father’s presence.

He quickly rushed downstairs, barging into the living room.

He saw the silhouette of his father, his back turned towards him. "Dad? You’re back, how was it?"

Simon’s ears perked at the voice of his son. He turned around wearing a soft smile. "It was phenomenal. I got to meet aliens. Tsk tsk, boy, I have you to thank for this."

Seth smiled, seeing his father’s mood. Fortunately, it seemed his experience wasn’t as unfortunate as theirs and Brandon’s.

Which made Seth more relieved. "Tell me about it. We got to meet some too."

Simon collapsed onto a sofa, letting out a foggy breath. He asked, "Have you chosen a class?"

Seth shook his head, wearing a wry smile. Glancing at his dad, he asked, "You?"

Simon kept silent for a few seconds, his eyes glancing at the screen flashing in his sight.
