Ye Wushuang didn’t ask any more questions and fell into thought.

’The Barbarian God Battle Platform is set to begin in less than a month. The Star Elder might have said that going would mean almost certain death, but the Battle Platform is filled with countless opportunities and innumerable rare treasures. There might even be a Holy Medicine there.’

He hadn’t had the chance to examine everything in detail back then, so even he wasn’t sure of the full extent of his new riches.

After sorting through it all, he found that aside from two stalks of Ancient Medicine King, there were also a dozen or so stalks of Pseudo Ancient Medicine King and countless Treasure Medicines. As for Spiritual Talents, in addition to the Deep Blue Star Gold, there were some Celestial Treasures, though most were Ninth-Grade Spiritual Talents.

There was also a good number of Spirit Pills and Combat Skills. Notably, all the Combat Skills were Spirit-Level, and there were even a few Top-Grade Spirit-Level Combat Skills capable of amplifying one’s Combat Power dozens of times over.

As for Spirit Stones, there were several large piles, which Ye Wushuang didn’t bother to count.

From the black hall, Ye Wushuang had obtained two-thirds of the treasures—a hoard comparable to the entire foundation of a small influence.

However, if he were to use this to build his own influence, it was still far from enough.

With that, it closed its eyes and lay back down. Little did it know, its personal collection of treasures was already being coveted.

Having finished inventorying his treasures, Ye Wushuang prepared to withdraw his Divine Sense from the True Dragon Space.

Just then, however, a golden gleam in the center caught his attention.

’It’s the Dragon Blood Killing Sword!’

Ye Wushuang was very familiar with this aura. He joyfully moved closer.

The Dragon Blood Killing Sword had undergone a tremendous transformation. It was no longer the illusory blade it once was, but had condensed into a tangible, solid form.

Previously, the Dragon Blood Killing Sword had been blood-red, but now its entire body was golden. The seven-foot blade seemed to have been bathed in liquid gold blood, giving it a vibrant and bewitching glow. Even more bizarrely, its surface was densely covered with strange Inscriptions.

These Inscriptions formed the shape of a True Dragon, which coiled around the blade, appearing to lock it down firmly.

Wave after wave of a terrifying, slaughterous aura emanated from it.

"This..." Upon closer inspection with his Divine Sense, Ye Wushuang was shocked to find that the Dragon Blood Killing Sword’s power had increased by several hundredfold. A Mysterious Power was hidden within those enigmatic Inscriptions—a power so profound that even he felt his heart tremble before it.

’I wasn’t paying attention, so I didn’t even notice such a massive change. With its power now, I’m afraid the Dragon Blood Killing Sword could even slay a Yin Yang Realm expert.’

Ye Wushuang was utterly shocked, but also overjoyed.

Just as he did, Ye Rou and Yang Qing’er approached.

The auras of the two young women had changed considerably; they had grown much stronger.

"Did you refine the Pseudo Ancient Medicine King?"

Ye Wushuang asked with a smile, noticing their transformation.

"We’ve only managed to refine a small portion. We haven’t gotten to the rest yet, but our strength has increased significantly," the two women replied in unison. After Ye Wushuang had given them the Pseudo Ancient Medicine King the night before, they hadn’t been able to resist starting the Refinement process immediately.

Hearing this, Ye Wushuang shook his head with a wry smile. "Don’t be in such a rush," he said. "Progress should be made step by step. Solidify your current foundation before attempting another breakthrough, otherwise it will be unstable."

He understood they were just trying to help him, so he didn’t chide them.

Ye Rou nodded, then, as if remembering something, said, "Oh, that’s right. The Elders of Cyan Profound Peak haven’t come to the main hall at all for the past two days. It seems they’re not managing the peak’s affairs anymore."

"Don’t worry about them. I have a way to handle it," he said. "You two take care of things here in the Cyan Profound Hall for now. I’m making a trip to Juwang Valley." He thought of his damaged Dragon Blood Battle Saber; he needed to find the Craftsman Emperor to reforge it.

After saying this to the two women, Ye Wushuang turned to leave.

He had only taken a few steps when a Disciple rushed up to him. "Law Enforcement Elder," the Disciple said, "there’s someone outside Wangtianya looking for you. He says he’s completed the task you assigned him."

’It’s Feng Jue!’

At these words, Ye Wushuang’s eyes lit up. His figure leaped into the air and vanished from the Cyan Profound Hall.

"Who did you say went to find him?"

Meanwhile, high up on a cloud, a youth in purple robes with a handsome, jade-like bearing watched Ye Wushuang fly away from Cyan Profound Peak. He posed the question faintly, as if asking himself.

"Young Master, I will go and investigate at once."

Behind him stood a young man in green robes with his hair tied back, his cultivation at the Peak of True Essence Ninth Layer.

"Don’t startle the prey. It would be best to find a way to delay his return to the Sect. Do you understand?" the purple-robed youth cautioned.

"This subordinate will delay Ye Wushuang’s return to the Sect, even if it costs me my life."

The green-robed youth cupped his fist, then shot through the air in pursuit of Ye Wushuang.

"Ye Wushuang," Mo Wentian mused, ’I, Mo Wentian, am truly curious to find out... which is more important to you: the fortuitous opportunities you possess, or your sister? I hope you won’t disappoint me.’

’The ninety-ninth floor... a world-shaking opportunity. It should be quite a prize.’

Mo Wentian watched Ye Wushuang disappear, the corner of his mouth twisting into a cold smirk.

He then turned his gaze to Cyan Profound Peak and murmured, "You can make your move now. Remember to be clean about it. If anyone else from the Sect discovers what you’ve done, you will take your own life."

"Yes, Young Master!"

A black shadow flickered out of the void and shot toward Cyan Profound Peak.
