Lii Yijun’s head snapped up. His gaze fixed on Su Yang, instantly turning cold as ice.

"I don’t mean anything by it. He hit the young master. As long as he does what I said before, I’ll throw him out of Juying Tower, whether Second Young Master Lii tells me to or not," Su Yang said bluntly, his cold gaze locked on Ye Wushuang.

Lii Yijun’s expression darkened at once. He couldn’t believe Su Yang was so arrogant as to show him, a young master of the Lii Family, no respect whatsoever.

Lii Yijun was also furious. He snapped coldly, "Su Yang, you’re nothing but a dog! Do you really think you’re somebody? Get lost!"

"Second Young Master Lii, I suggest you watch your mouth. This isn’t the Lii Family’s estate!" Su Yang’s face was utterly grim, a chilling glint in his eyes.

"What? So because this isn’t the Lii Family’s estate, you’re going to try and keep me here?" Lii Yijun retorted coldly.

He then turned to Ye Wushuang and said, "Benefactor, don’t worry. I’m here today. Let’s see who dares to stop you."

As he spoke, he tugged on the corner of Ye Wushuang’s sleeve and gave him a meaningful look.

Ye Wushuang understood the meaning in Lii Yijun’s eyes. He was telling him that this was Tang Family territory and they shouldn’t linger.

After a moment’s thought, Ye Wushuang started to leave with Lii Yijun.

"Hmph. Thinking of walking away without leaving something behind? In your dreams!" A cold light flickered in Su Yang’s eyes as he watched Ye Wushuang leave with Lii Yijun.

He didn’t dare touch Lii Yijun, the Second Young Master of the Lii Family.

But a country boy like Ye Wushuang? Did he have any reason to be afraid?
