"Focus!" Ye Wushuang called out, seeing Xifeng still in a daze. He then raised his Dragon Blood Battle Saber and charged toward two of the True Essence Fifth Layer disciples.

Meanwhile, the remaining True Essence Fifth Layer disciple fixed his gaze on Xifeng. He stretched out a hand, curling his fingers as roaring flames erupted, forming a giant fire crow. Beating its two Fire Wings, it soared through the air, intent on crushing Xifeng.

Snapping back to his senses, Xifeng knew he could no longer hold back. A flash of silver light shot out from between his brows, transforming into a massive silver net. Like a net cast across heaven and earth, it enveloped the fire crow and began to crush it.

Seizing the opportunity, his body flickered as he rapidly closed the distance. The silver net shrank, becoming a beam of silver light that pierced through the remnants of the fire crow and shot down from the sky.

When it was directly above the True Essence Fifth Layer disciple, the net suddenly expanded again, trapping him within. Xifeng immediately followed up with a flurry of attacks, and the man died before he could even scream.

When Xifeng turned to look, he saw that Ye Wushuang had already dispatched the two True Essence Fifth Layer disciples. Up in the sky, the three True Essence Sixth Layer disciples were now descending with furious killing intent.

"You bastard! How dare you kill disciples of our Fiery Sun Sect! You’re courting death!" The three were both shocked and enraged. They pressed their hands downward, and their palms, like the mouths of volcanoes, spewed forth waves of scorching heat that fell like sky-incinerating flames.

Ye Wushuang seized the moment and shot upward, looking for all the world like a moth drawn to a flame. Seeing this, the three men in the sky mocked him for his arrogance.
