"Give them back!" The Blood Curled Nurse screamed before dissolving into the blood on the floor.

Ashton looked everywhere with his Limitless Eyes, but he failed to lock on her. In his eyes, the Blood Curled Nurse everywhere—she was the entire pool of blood on the floor.

Still, he kept his Limitless Eyes despite it consuming Life Essence considerably. He can’t let anything happen to them until the others arrive.

Lovia tip-toed closer to Ashton while looking around cautiously.

Just like that, the place descended into silence with the distant fighting of Rias and Anastasia coming.

Thirty seconds went by just like that when all of a sudden the Blood Curled Nurse vanished from Ashton’s Limitless Eyes. It converted at a single point—behind Lovia.

Ashton shoved behind him and swung his sword at that point, before the Blood Curled Nurse appeared.

Ashton’s sword clashed against the Blood Curled Nurse’s scalpel, creating sparks. The Blood Curled Nurse dissolved into the blood once again. She continuously began to appear at Lovia’s blind spot, trying to kill her no matter what!

Ashton also went along with her playing whack-a-mole.

Resulting in his four swords getting shattered into pieces. They could hold against a weapon forged from the existence of significance.

Just as Ashton changed into another sword and was about to swing his sword ahead of the Blood Curled Nurse’s arrival.

She disappeared, making Ashton’s eyes widen in shock. She just did a feint, deceiving Ashton to let his guard down for his own safety.

Before Ashton could turn his head back, the Blood Curled Nurse converged behind him. She thrust her scalpel at Ashton’s heart.

’I am dead.’ This thought flashed before Ashton’s eyes when a silver streak appeared above the sky.

A small explosion occurred behind Ashton, sending him and Lovia flying away.

After rolling on the bloody floor, smearing in red, they halted and stood up in pain. They looked ahead and saw Anastasia fighting against the Blood Curled Nurse. Because of Anastasia’s aerial advantage, the Blood Curled Nurse wasn’t able to do anything against her.

So, the Blood Curled Nurse shifted her focus on Ashton and Lovia silently.

Anastasia, who didn’t have any sensory ability, didn’t know where she could appear next. She could only react when the Blood Curled Nurse pops up.

"Where is she? Did she run away?" Anastasia frowned as the Blood Curled Nurse didn’t make any further move.

Ashton didn’t answer. Instead, he waited patiently for her to appear.

Just as the sound of a blood drop appeared in the air, Ashton pointed his finger in a certain direction to his right and exclaimed. "Strike there."

Rias, who was running towards them, jumped. His body lunged at the direction Ashton pointed with his halberd slicing through the air.

The floor exploded with blood and stone flying all over the place.

The Blood Curled Nurse screamed with her left arm plopping onto the bloody floor. She looked at Rias with pure hatred before once again dissolving into the blood.

Suddenly all the blood around began to move, forming a ball, trapping Rias inside it.

"Oh no!" Instantly, Ashton’s eyes showed genuine panic for the first time. Lovia’s face also began to look livid.

This ball of blood was the only remaining move that the Blood Curled Nurse could do. It can be called a death trap, as it holds its opponent inside and constantly strikes them from every direction. If you can defend against those onslaughts of attacks, you are still not safe, as you can’t touch her inside. So, you will eventually be worn out.

Rias was able to defeat her because Anastasia was trapped inside with him. With her wings and spear, they burst through the ball of blood and then eventually defeat her.

Unfortunately, the Blood Curled Nurse trapped Rias ahead of everything in anger. The ball of blood cannot be entered or broken from outside, as it was the rule set by the world.

"Fuck!" Ashton blurted with his face livid. He was completely clueless how he could save Rias now. He clearly knew Rias didn’t have any sort of ability right now to counter this.

As Ashton was panicking, Anastasia landed beside him and asked with a frown. "Ashton, let’s go break that ball of blood and save Rias."

"You go and break it. I will arrive after restoring some Life Essence." Ashton spoke depressingly without an ounce of breath.

Anastasia gave Ashton a weird glance before hurrying to rescue Rias.

Watching Anastasia’s winged back, Ashton asked to himself. "What should I do?"

At that moment, Lovia’s voice drifted into Ashton’s ears, like a warm sunny winter. "I have a way."

Ashton turned behind. Looking at her with great hope, he asked. "Do you really have a way?"

"Yes, I do." Lovia gazed at the ball of blood. "You might have seen me appearing suddenly behind the Blood Curled Nurse earlier. It is related to my Inner Bon. I can swap positions with anyone or anything under twenty meters of my radius. However, with my Life Essence I can only do it three times, and that is under my assumption. I do not know if I have enough Life Essence to swap places with someone like Blood Curl Nurse."

Curious, Anastasia flew before them. She asked, landing beside Ashton. "How are you going to save him? Just by standing here?"

"Yes." Ashton nodded his head and pointed at Lovia with his chin. "Be ready to give your strongest attack at her."

"Huh?" Anastasia was dumbfounded by Ashton. She looked over at Lovia, to her dumbfoundedness, reaching high heaven as she saw Lovia disappear.
