Although she got along well with Freyja, Betty still preferred to sleep with Char in their house at night.

Her small, bowl-shaped bed had always been placed in Char’s bedroom.

Accompanying Betty as they flew out of the bedroom were the Star Worm and the Rain Sound Kingfisher.

Although the Star Worm had grown much stronger and could almost match the Lantern Firefly, it was no longer the frail being that couldn’t fend for itself like before.

As for the Rain Sound Kingfisher? It had become Betty’s animal companion, naturally living and eating with Betty.

Stepping out of the carriage door, they saw that two Wind Winged Horses had appeared in front of the carriage without notice, and the three Wind Winged Horses were pawing their forehooves, excitedly snorting as if communicating with each other.

The sudden, joyful neighing startled all beings within the Garden Secret Realm.

Apart from Char, the Star Worm, Betty, and the Rain Sound Kingfisher, the Lantern Firefly and the Clover Mantis, who had been sleeping in the living room, had already come out to the carriage before Char to check on the situation.

In the sky, a shadow loomed over, blocking the serene moonlight.

Fluttering its dragon wings, the Thunder Night Dragon descended, curiously eyeing the two newly-added Wind Winged Horses, seemingly observing the differences among the three.

Not far away, the Lotus Leaf Frog leaped out of a small pond and, after a few hops, landed next to Char’s feet.

The Floral Blue Leopard and the Frost Crystal White Deer, sleeping under the water fir trees, both opened their eyes but did not get up after taking a glance at the situation; they watched from a distance instead.

The Night Helmeted Owl perched in the tree was the first to notice what was happening, yet it clung to the water fir branches, not moving an inch.

Freyja, carrying a lamp, stepped out of the log cabin.

Auson suddenly emerged from beside Char’s feet.

“Wind Winged Horses, to the sky!”

Char’s eyes shone as he commanded.

In the night, the Wind Winged Horses’ backs sprouted wind wings tinged with a faint cyan glow; they spread out majestically as each horse positioned itself.

At the same time, strands of cyan-colored wind emerged from beneath the horses’ feet, swiftly wrapping around the bottom of the carriage, and the next second, Char, standing on the platform in front of the carriage door, felt a sudden heaviness due to inertia as the entire carriage left the ground and soared into the night sky.

“Be careful! Don’t hit the barrier!”

Char called out loudly.

The middle Wind Winged Horse in the front and the other two on each side formed a V-like formation similar to that of flying geese, pulling the carriage as it flew back and forth in the night.

Char couldn’t help feeling a bit excited.

In his previous life, such scenes would only appear in fairy tales and fantasy stories, like Santa Claus with his reindeer sleigh.

But now, it had become reality.

Char did not let the Wind Winged Horses stop too quickly because he wanted to know how long they could carry the carriage in flight.

The final result pleased Char.

He had experimented before and found that the two skills of the Wind Winged Horses could last much longer than those of the Thunder Night Dragon and the Clover Mantis.

Subsequently, the fruits and vegetables inside the second section vanished, materializing on the rooftop, attached firmly to prevent any slippage while the carriage was in motion.

After merging with the carriage, the blueprint had astonishingly transplanted the vegetable garden onto the roof.

Half of the rooftop garden, now filled with fruits and vegetables, stood as evidence of recent labor put in by Char, Freyja, and Betty.

The other half remained bare—after all, Char had planted only so many crops, and now the garden had expanded several-fold, making it impossible to fill completely.

If the blueprint could automatically refresh the produce after integration, then it wouldn’t have been necessary for Char to go through the trouble of planting them in advance.

It wasn’t just the garden that changed; as during the day, twenty orbs of black iron light appeared above the carriage, and as the light faded, twenty archers clad in black iron light armor, carrying longbows and arrow feathers, stood in their place.

Like the Iron Armor Knights, the Iron Feather Archers were also diminutive, but they were more agile, with a faster movement speed and slightly stronger overall abilities, though their Challenge Level remained at only 1/4, not jumping to 1/2.

After basking in delight for a while, and briefly explaining the transformations of the carriage and the combat abilities and uniqueness of the Iron Armor Knights and Iron Feather Archers to Freyja, Char’s excitement gradually subsided.

In the Land of Undead, a massive Thorny Bone Snake slithered under the soil, absorbing the rich Undead Energy within the earth, its soul fire flickering intensely in its eye sockets, constantly changing.

A subtle vibration arrived, and the Thorny Bone Snake suddenly burst from the ground, hissing angrily toward the direction of the disturbance, creating a foul stench on the deathly breeze.

Invisible soul waves spread in all directions; at this moment, every Undead creature under its command received the signal to strike.

The next second, the Thorny Bone Snake roared towards the direction of the vibration, speeding through the ground.

Lately, it had encountered considerable trouble.

An enemy of significant strength, even stronger than itself, seemed fixated on causing trouble, relentlessly attacking it. It had attempted to kill this adversary numerous times, just as it had with strong opponents in the past, but after the first encounter, it never got another chance.

The reduction in its minions was not something the Thorny Bone Snake took lightly.

If Char was aware of the Thorny Bone Snake’s current thoughts, he would undoubtedly sneer: it was typical of Undead, being unintelligent and fearless, to remain oblivious even when a plot was at hand, feeling merely annoyed.
