As a game that focuses on summoning and training Pet Beasts, it's impossible to design a completely useless Pet Beast.

Even if you divide Magic Pets into different tiers to entice players to spend money, you can't design the lowest tier Magic Pets to be utterly useless in battle.

This would cause players to dislike it, which doesn't make business sense.

Even the worst Magic Pet must have some usefulness, right?

Looking good doesn't count.

This was also why he had been so eager to accumulate Praying Power before.

Because in Char's view, even if he was extremely unlucky and got the weakest Magic Pet, it should have a Challenge Level of 1, which could at least ensure his safety to some extent.

The strength of the Star Worm had indeed increased again.

The two strongest attributes, Defense and Agility, had not changed, but Strength, Constitution, Intelligence, and Perception had all increased.

More noticeable were the Life Value and Magic Power, both of which had significantly increased, and the damage previously sustained had fully recovered, and the consumed Magic Power had almost been restored.

There was no change in skills; it still had only the "Blazing Light" skill.
