Char looked inside the carriage.

The bed had been replaced, the desks and chairs had changed shape, and everything had become much more regular. It no longer looked like self-made furniture, but rather like the work of a craftsman.

In the game, this was very easy to achieve. As long as one was willing to devote time and effort, the required amount could be easily gathered. If one didn’t want to put in the effort, spending money to purchase in-game currency would be even faster.

But in reality, to gather forty strands of Praying Power was not such an easy task. Even if he worked from dawn till dusk, it would take several days’ time.

And that was just the time aspect, not to mention the physical and mental energy—after all, he couldn’t truly go without sleep and rest for several days, could he?

Just a while ago, to avoid the brunt of the Steel Teeth Pig, Char had just moved, finding it hard enough to take down the Steel Teeth Pig and was preparing to make a victorious return to the original location.

And now, he had encountered a group of goblins.
