What Principal Duan didn’t tell Han Ruochen was that the parents of the students came to look for him right after the incident and threatened him. They stated in a clear-cut manner that if he dared to let Yang Jianming teach in the school, they would, without a doubt, take their children away. A man who could hurt his own fiancée for the illegitimate goals – who knows, he might start bullying and hurting their children if they were to offend or cross him.

Principal Duan knew that Yang Jianming’s career as a teacher was over. Han Ruochen smiled upon hearing this. She didn’t expect to hear such pleasant news.

Stifling the smile that was threatening to etch on her lips, Han Ruochen sat down on the chair with Han Beijiang in her lap. She said, "While I am quite satisfied with the actions of the disciplinary committee, I am not here because of Yang Jianming." She paused and continued, "Principal Yuan, I am here because I want to transfer my job to Yun Xiaoxiao."

As soon as she finished speaking, Principal Duan’s eyes widened. He looked at Han Ruochen as if she had gone crazy and sputtered, "Miss Han, what are you talking about? I know what happened to you must have traumatised you, but there is no need for you to make such a rash decision. It will be a serious blow to your future. I mean, you have a permanent job in the commune; why would you give up your bright future? As long as you work hard, you can move to the county."

Principal Duan thought that Han Ruochen was making a rash decision because she was scared. What he didn’t know was that Han Ruochen had thought things through carefully. With the sea scanning system, she knew that she could easily become the next millionaire, with countless cars and mansions under her name. Why would she work as a commune teacher? Of course, if she told the poor old man that she was going to work as a fisherwoman, he would end up having a heart attack, so she saved him the worry.

"I understand, Principal Duan," Han Ruochen nodded.

When Han Ruochen heard the sum, her eyes widened slightly, but then they returned to normal. She understood that Principal Duan was only trying to get her the maximum benefits by putting these conditions in front of Yun Xiaoxiao. Thus, Han Ruochen didn’t say anything and quietly accepted it.

When Yun Xiaoxiao heard what Principal Duan said, her eyes widened. She turned and looked at Han Ruochen. She was waiting for the woman to explode and tell Principal Duan that she was not going to sell her job to her, but Han Ruochen calmly remained seated on her chair and didn’t say anything.

"Are you sure, Principal Duan?" Yun Xiaoxiao asked, even though Han Ruochen didn’t say anything, Yun Xiaoxiao didn’t believe that it was going to be this easy. There had to be some kind of trap or scheme.

"I am sure; why else would I have called you?" Principal Duan asked with a frown. He then turned to look at Han Ruochen and said to her, "Since you have thought it through, bring your ID card and your household registration. I will finish the proceedings for you."

"Okay."
