All the Two-Stars Stewards looked troubled. Boss Tang’s influence in the servant disciple area was deeply rooted. He was known for his vicious methods and for being incredibly petty. Anyone who offended him was guaranteed a miserable time.

Seeing their troubled expressions, Lin Yun didn’t get angry. He looked at Boss Tang with a broad smile. "It looks like they’re all very afraid of you."

Hearing Lin Yun’s words and seeing his expression, a chill rose in Boss Tang’s heart. However, as one of the two top Three-Stars Stewards in the servant disciple area, Boss Tang still didn’t believe Lin Yun would dare to kill him.

"Hmph. I suggest you let me go. Otherwise, the Flawless Palace won’t spare you," Boss Tang snorted coldly, his voice laced with threat.

"It seems you still haven’t grasped the situation. And how much weight do you think you carry in the eyes of the Flawless Palace’s upper echelons?" Lin Yun’s smile gradually turned cold. As his voice fell, Lin Yun struck in an instant. Boss Tang’s blood-curdling scream echoed through the entire courtyard.

Lin Yun directly crippled Boss Tang’s arms and legs, brutally crushing the bones in his limbs. Boss Tang’s face turned ashen, his eyes filled with terror as he stared at Lin Yun. ’He’s a madman! An absolute madman! To think a servant disciple would dare to cripple a Three-Stars Steward!’

"You’re a demon, a madman! You’ll die a dog’s death!" Boss Tang, trembling all over, cursed at Lin Yun weakly. To him, Lin Yun was simply a demon wearing human skin.

’A demon? So what?’ Lin Yun thought, unbothered by Boss Tang’s curses. ’As long as I can eliminate this scum, I don’t care if I have to be a demon for a day.’

Ignoring the half-dead Boss Tang, Lin Yun turned his gaze back to the group of Two-Stars Stewards. He chuckled and asked, "Well? Have you made up your minds? If I kill him right now, whose fault would you say it is?"

Lin Yun’s voice was soft, but each word struck their hearts like a heavy hammer. They stared in terror at Lin Yun and the broken Boss Tang in his grasp. No one had expected Lin Yun to cripple Boss Tang without another word.

Crippling all four of Boss Tang’s limbs was a shocking act, even if they could eventually be healed with Spirit Grass. Previously, they had been wondering if Lin Yun would actually dare to kill Boss Tang. Now, none of them had any doubt. Lin Yun would absolutely dare to kill him.

This was a man who wasn’t afraid of stirring up trouble. Not only had he killed nine servant disciples, but he’d also killed a One-Star Steward and a Two-Stars Steward. And now, he had even crippled Boss Tang, one of the two top Three-Stars Stewards.

The stewards remained stunned for a long time, and Lin Yun didn’t rush them. Things had already progressed this far; Lin Yun had plenty of time to play with them. Besides, he wasn’t the least bit afraid of the situation escalating.

These Stewards of the servant disciples, from Boss Tang to Fatty Kong, were all used to a life of comfort. They didn’t have high aspirations. They knew they would likely never reach the Primordial Ocean Realm in their lifetime, so they might as well live like local tyrants.

In the servant disciple area, they were the local despots. They could torment, humiliate, and even kill servant disciples at will. But they were hardly tough guys. In reality, every single one of them was a coward who feared death. When they met someone more ruthless than them, they immediately turned into sniveling cowards.

Just like now, facing Lin Yun. After a long silence, the first of the Two-Stars Stewards spoke up. "Boss Tang, you actually dared to publicly murder a Disciple of our Flawless Palace! Thankfully, Young Master Lin is powerful. We will be sure to report today’s matter to the Punishment Hall."

With the first person speaking out, a second quickly followed. The group of Two-Stars Stewards all began to denounce Boss Tang, calling him vicious and cruel, a disgrace to the Flawless Palace. Their words made the already half-dead Boss Tang turn even paler.

’These people really are the trash of the trash,’ Lin Yun mused. ’But every faction has people like this. After all, just as there are geniuses, there must be trash. It’s a universal principle, like how the sun has the moon.’

Nodding slightly, Lin Yun waited for them to finish before speaking calmly, "So, you all think I did nothing wrong today?"

"That’s right! Young Master Lin did the right thing! These people are a cancer in our Flawless Palace! A good kill! They all deserved to die!"

"Then if I kill Boss Tang right now, you still wouldn’t think I’m in the wrong?" Lin Yun asked again with a smile.

Lin Yun’s question made them fall silent once more. Killing Boss Tang, a Three-Stars Steward, was no small matter. They didn’t dare to speak carelessly.

Looking at their pitiful expressions, Lin Yun smiled faintly. He then turned to Boss Tang. "You heard them. They don’t think I’m wrong. In fact, they think you’re scum. So, I might as well serve justice on the spot."

"Lin Yun, you dare?! I’m a Three-Stars Steward! You have no right to kill me! I’m going to..." Hearing Lin Yun’s words, Boss Tang shrieked, not sounding like a heavily injured person at all.

However, before he could finish, his voice stopped abruptly. Lin Yun had snapped his neck. Just like the Two-Stars Steward before him, Boss Tang died instantly.

’He killed him? He actually killed Boss Tang?’ Watching the scene unfold, everyone’s mind reeled. ’What on earth does this handsome young man want? Does he really think he can take on the entire Flawless Palace by himself?’

In contrast to their shock, Lin Yun appeared very casual. He walked over to the main seat where Boss Tang had been sitting and sat down. Lin Yun looked at the group of Two-Stars Stewards and spoke.

"The rules in the servant disciple area are terrible. They need to be changed. Since none of you have done anything, from now on, I will be the one to set the rules for the servant disciples."

Lin Yun said this nonchalantly, as if making small talk. With a single, simple sentence, he was going to establish new rules for the servant disciples. And the most unacceptable part was that Lin Yun himself was just a servant disciple.

Compared to Boss Tang, Lin Yun seemed even more arrogant now. But Lin Yun’s arrogance was something that emanated from his very bones.

No one dared to speak or oppose Lin Yun. Are you kidding? Lin Yun had just killed Boss Tang. How could mere Two-Stars Stewards like them dare to provoke him?

"Young Master Lin, we absolutely support you! From now on, Young Master Lin will be the king of the servant disciple area!" a Two-Stars Steward with sharp, monkey-like features was the first to speak.

With him taking the lead, the other Two-Stars Stewards soon began to chime in, their words practically praising Lin Yun to the heavens.

Everyone was fawning over Lin Yun, except for one elderly Two-Stars Steward. He stood silently behind the crowd, not saying a word.

"You. Do you have a problem with what I said?" Lin Yun asked, directing his question to the elderly Two-Stars Steward.

Hearing this, the man finally snapped out of his shock. He hesitated for a moment, then walked to the front of the group. He looked at Lin Yun and said, "The rules for the servant disciples do need to be changed. But, if you’ll pardon my saying so, it’s not something you can accomplish. And you’ve killed Boss Tang. That’s stirred up a hornet’s nest. I think you should be more worried about what’s going to happen to you."
