"You’re courting death!" Lin Yun’s decision to meet him head-on thoroughly enraged the Primordial Ocean Realm expert. ’No matter what kind of genius you are, you’re nothing until you reach the Primordial Ocean Realm.’

The Primordial Ocean Realm expert focused all his attention on Lin Yun, paying Little Ape no mind at all. ’What can a mere Tier Two Demon Beast possibly do?’

He swung his sword again, the sword light slamming violently into the Thunderfire Bombardment. Already weakened, the Thunderfire Bombardment was completely shattered by the blow.

Lin Yun’s figure reappeared. The remnants of the sword light had torn several gashes in his clothes, some of which had broken his skin.

Having gained the upper hand, the Primordial Ocean Realm expert’s confidence swelled, even though he hadn’t landed a fatal blow on Lin Yun. ’The Qi Sea Realm is still just the Qi Sea Realm. Even a genius has his limits.’

The corners of the Primordial Ocean Realm expert’s mouth curved into a confident smile. But just as he was about to speak, Little Ape seized its chance. In the blink of an eye, it appeared behind the man and viciously threw a punch, its fist glowing with a blood-red light.

Caught completely defenseless, the man took Little Ape’s fist square in the back. SPURT— He vomited a mouthful of blood. The power of this punch from the creature he had dismissed as a mere Tier Two Demon Beast had caught him completely off guard.

Their guess was correct. After leaving the scene, Lin Yun headed straight for the territory controlled by the Third Elder’s faction. The political situation in Wind Forest City was precisely why he dared to kill so brazenly.
