Psychic Overlord

Right away, Kaizer felt a soft body press against his from behind, two small hands touching his abdomen and roving around wantonly. Rina brought her lips near Kaizer’s ear and whispered in a sultry manner.

"Brother, it’s just us now. No adults, no acquaintances. We can do anything we want."

Kaizer frowned and grabbed Rina’s hands that were sliding downwards towards the abyss. "Rina, no."

Rina, now interrupted, tsked and took her hands back, but still poked Kaizer in the back. "Well, it’s been a long day and I’m going to take my bath. You’re free to come in and join me anytime~"

Saying this, she turned and walked away while intentionally swaying her hips, knowing that Kaizer would inevitably be looking. As expected, the young man did look, and he was not as firm as he seemed externally.

It was really hard to resist temptation when the consequences of an action wouldn’t be borne by you. However, as a psychic, Kaizer’s mental quality was slightly stronger than the average young man, so he breathed out lightly and walked away.

He walked upwards towards the master bedroom and entered it.

Unsurprisingly, minus the silent roar of the air conditioner, the master bedroom was large and quiet. A wide bed with soft red sheets sat in the center, its headboard made of polished wood with some fancy carvings, thick pillows resting neatly against it. A plush red rug covered the floor, soft underfoot.

To one side, a glass door led to a private balcony where a cool breeze flowed in. A set of heavy red curtains hung beside it, ready to block out the light while a wooden dresser stood against the wall, its surface holding a small lamp and space for a few personal items.

Near the bed, a sitting area had two cushioned chairs and a low coffee table. There was a tall wardrobe with gold handles that stood in the rightmost corner, its doors shut tight. Finally, all the way on the other side of the bed, a glass sliding door led to a fully equipped bathroom with marble tiles and a kitted-out jacuzzi.

Kaizer immediately went to the wardrobe and placed his singular suitcase there, using telekinesis to unpack and place his clothes within the empty confines. He took off his own clothes and placed them in the bag designated for such clothes while pushing a button near the headboard of his bed.

Soon, there was a knock on the door, and Kaizer remotely sent the bag over to the person outside after opening the door, which was received silently and taken away for cleaning. The young man had already entered the bathroom in this time, lying within the filled jacuzzi that was currently vibrating the warm, soapy water to create more bubbles.

While bathing, the young man thought a lot about the happenings of today, and especially his life starting from tomorrow. He also wondered how his dad was doing and decided to give them a call before going to bed, to reassure them that everything was fine.

The fact that they hadn’t called him yet was simply due to not wanting to cause any mishaps and because they fully trusted him. Even so, it was best to let them know that everything went well, or even more than well.

After coming out, with a white towel wrapped around his waist and his silky black hair dripping water, Kaizer lifted his phone with telekinesis and made the call. Upon picking up, he first spoke to his mom and reassured her before sharing the details with his dad.

"Don’t worry about the company, son, just focus on your studies. I have already informed the board that you and Rina are indisposed for a while to rehabilitate after your trauma from the attack on your former university," Keith said seriously, causing Kaizer to feel a bit relieved.

"Also, I’ve wired 3 million dollars to your trust account. Use that to take care of your expenses for this year along with Rina. If you need any more, let me know. We have a lot of liquid cash right now in the company due to a lot of awards and grants."

Kaizer’s lips twitched. "3 million is more than enough, dad, I will make sure to use it well."

"I know you will. Alright, you have lessons in the morning, so sleep early and show the Dean that you are cut from the best crop," Keith responded with a proud chuckle.

The call ended, and Kaizer checked his account to see that indeed, there was an increase of 3 million upon the 445,000 dollars he already had. He then switched off his phone and stared at the ceiling, not feeling particularly tired, but it was easy enough to put himself to sleep using meditation.

The alarm on his phone rang at 6 am on the dot, and Kaizer’s eyes snapped open. He got up straight away and turned off the alarm, heading to the bathroom for a quick morning shower before applying deodorant and choosing his wear.

Due to the assumed training, he wore a simple black t-shirt and loose black shorts so that he could move easily, as well as white sneakers. He also did away with the fancy watch, though he had one for each day, because he was sure it would hamper his training.

He telekinetically combed his hair into its usual slicked-back style, checking himself in the mirror to see that he was fully presentable before heading downstairs.

In the villa, breakfast started at 6 am and ended at 9 am, lunch started at 12 pm and ended at 3 pm, while dinner started at 6 pm and ended at 9 pm. Anytime during this period, if you sat down at the dining table, you would be served food of your choice, which ranged from fruit platters to croissants, pancakes, omelets, avocado toast, eggs benedict, smoked salmon, yogurt parfaits, breakfast burritos, sautéed mushrooms & bacon, French toast, fresh juices, smoothie bowls, cereal, pastries, and more.

Kaizer sat down and ordered a strong serving, noting that Rina came down slightly later, dressed less glamorously than yesterday with a similar fit as himself. She wore a baggy white t-shirt that reached her upper thigh and black jogger pants along with red and blue sneakers.

This attire was considered quite conservative for a woman going to the gym or any workout area, but with Rina’s proportions, it just barely covered her figure. When she sat down and the t-shirt dug in, the purpose of this attire became wasted as the outlines were highlighted deeply.

Rina also ate voraciously, never having been the type to eat daintily. Kaizer waited for her to finish and thank the servants who worked to bring them their food, as well as the chefs, and then exited the villa around 7 am with Rina.

"Hmm, where to now, brother?" Rina asked, her ponytail swishing about as she looked left and right.

"Requesting an Uber. We’re going first to the school’s licensed auto shop to buy a new car for you and me while on campus, then we’ll head to the academy mall after our lessons to buy anything else we need," Kaizer explained casually as he made the order, the driver pulling up rather quickly.

The duo was then taken almost out of the residential area to the commercial area of the school, where a street was dedicated to all the big manufacturers along with their showrooms. Because of Kaizer, Rina was quite knowledgeable about cars and had her own preferences, so she dragged her brother into the Audi showroom.

Unlike most women who preferred 4x4 SUVs, Rina right away demanded the luxurious Audi A9, a common car from 2021 that had been in production hell for years until conventional technology caught up to its design.

It was painted chrome white and had blue lines running through it in a futuristic manner, costing over $200,000.

As for Kaizer, he decided to pick a Dodge Viper ACR, which was similar in style to the famous SRT 10 from the old racing games of the early 21st century. Kaizer always had a love for this car, and even its significantly inflated price of $190,000 was justified due to the fact that production for it ceased as early as 2017.

It was now even considered semi-vintage and exclusive, this model he bought preserved carefully over the years for those who wanted something classic and had the money to pay.

Getting into their new cars after they were quickly registered and insured as part of the package by the showroom staff, the duo waved at each other and drove off in separate directions to start their lessons.

Kaizer was headed to the training center where the number 1 room was privately reserved for him, while Rina, due to the needed secrecy over her power, was going right to the admin building to see Madam Sylvia in person, who would use her clan’s special facilities to train Rina.

Today, the sibling duo was going to officially start their campus life in the Esper academy, but who knows how things will end?
