The ability is an alpha ability called Spirit Body. It enables the wielder to turn their whole body into a spiritual form, which they can use to attack the consciousness of others.

It is stronger than other mental and spiritual attacking abilities because it uses the power of the whole body, including physical strength and physical speed, to attack.

So while others make spiritual attacks with only their Mind attribute, one can attack with every part of their existence. This way, the spiritual body ability will grant its wielder an advantage over someone with the same power as them.
