Tanaga was in a dilemma because he knows that Ashley’s very tired, and he could see it from her eyes before she went to the bathroom to take a shower. He was planning to join her in the shower if Jeff hadn’t called. Now, he’s asking if he could join him for a nightcap. What should he do? He was still in deep thought when he heard Jeff threatening him.

"CEO Jones, if you don’t come and keep me company... Don’t blame me if I come to your place and bother everyone in the middle of the night when I get drunk." He seriously said, but deep inside of him... He would never do that, no matter how drunk he is.

"Alright! Alright! Give me a moment and let me talk to my wife. She’s been under the weather lately, and with this fashion show thingy, it didn’t help at all. Alright! I will be there as soon as possible. Text me the address." He then hangs up the call without giving Jeff a chance to laugh at him.

"Dammit!" He cursed out loud. Just so happened that Ashley was walking out of the bathroom with only a towel-clad to her beautiful body still glistening with water droplets.

"God have mercy on me!" He mumbles after seeing how enticing his wife at that moment.

"What are you mumbling about? First, you cursed, then you mumbled like you in pain or something? Is it because of the way I look right now?" She teased as she approached him, walking like a seductress.

When she reached where Tanaga was still standing, stunned, she slowly caresses his cheek and jaw down to his abs. "Hmmm, why do you say you forget whatever it is that you are so pissed right now... and... you know what I mean." She said as she kissed under his earlobe.

That’s all Tanaga needed. He forgot about his best friend, who had threatened him that he would come in person and bother them in the middle of the night. What he cares about at the moment is his beloved wife, butt naked under that towel wrapped around her body.

He slowly lifted Ashley and carried her to the bed before beginning to kiss her lovingly. Everything could go to hell now that he’s aroused to the maximum level. He will not leave the house until he’s sated.

An hour later, Ashley and Tanaga walked out of their room, ready to meet with Jeff, when the front door opened. Mrs. Garcia, Dr. Garcia, Lea, and Ann came in happily chatting.

They saw the couple approaching, and Mrs. Garcia greeted them with a smile.

"My dear, thank you! You both made the fashion show a success beyond my expectation." Said Mrs. Garcia as they come nearer.

Tanaga only nodded, while Ashley hugged Mrs. Garcia. "It was our pleasure! You don’t need to thank us. My handsome husband did it for his scary cat." She pointed to herself.

Ann, while yawning, spoke. "You guys have a hot date? Enjoy! I’m so beat tired. I swear once I feel the soft bed... I will be in la-la-land."

Ashley smiled at Ann, who looked so tired. "Yes, Tan’s best friend came to watch the fashion show and saw us. He didn’t know we were here, and once he found out... He called and invited us for a nightcap." Explained Ashley while leaning to Tanaga’s arms.

"Go! Enjoy! Say hello from me to your friend. If he’s good looking, don’t forget to introduce me. Hahaha!" Ann banters as she begins to start walking away to go to her room and rest her tired body.

Lea followed, and so did Mrs. and Dr. Garcia. They waved at them from their back and continued walking away.

"He’s already married! Unfortunately, if not, I would surely introduce you to him. He’s very handsome and rich!" Yelled Ashley to Ann as they walked out of the door.

"Too bad for him!" She banters back to a closed door.

Lea, who was following Ann, felt sad for her friend. She knows that she’s still pining for her accidental husband. Unfortunately, she was hurt so badly that she didn’t even bother to look up anything about him. She only shook her head and continued following Ann, who’s already inside the room and probably lying down with her clothes still on.

If only Ann went with Tanaga and Ashley, she would have found out that the man she’s been pining for is right there and also missing her like crazy...

Tanaga and Ashley arrived at Jeff’s villa and found him seriously drinking while busy looking at Ann’s picture on his cellphone. When he saw them come in, he quickly shut off his cellphone and got up to greet them.

"You’re looking good, my friend! I’m glad that you’re fully recovered already. You scared me half to death there for a while." Greeted Jeff while smiling handsomely to Ashley.

Instead of greeting him back, Tanaga scowled. "Don’t you be smiling like that to my wife! Go and get your wife and smile at her all you want." He said seriously. Jealousy was eating him up.

"Hahaha! Hahaha! Don’t worry, my friend, I will never exchange the one I have even with a woman as beautiful as your wife." Said Jeff, before he pulled Tanaga and hugged his best friend.

The couple stayed for a couple of hours, mainly talking about business. Jeff has a meeting with the monarch in the nearby kingdom. The Kingdom of Stonasia to build a resort. He already sent his assistant Ronald ahead to begin the preparation, and he would follow there the next day.

It was already late when the couple got up and bid Jeff goodbye. Ashley thanked him again for saving her husband, and she also feels in debt to the man.

"Well, I know you said that you would never exchange your wife for any woman in this lifetime... I congratulate you on finding such a woman. However..." She didn’t get to finish what she was going to say, Jeff interrupted.

"Thank you! Sister-in-law. Someday, when she’s done with whatever she wanted to do and back in my arms... I will make sure that you meet with each other." Was all he said, but it’s clear that he’s not interested in hearing other women’s names or otherwise.

Ashley only smiled. "I got you!" She said before putting her head on Tanaga’s arm, telling him that she’s tired and they need to go.

The days came and went, and the treatment was going well. While Tanaga was being treated, Ashley took the opportunity and let Mrs. Garcia teach her what she needed to know to be accepted in the rich’s society.

She taught proper table manners, speech, walking and talking, and most of all, how to dress well on every occasion. To compensate for all the teaching that Mrs. Garcia had done for her. She commissioned Sato to make her new outfit under Mrs. Garcia’s tutelage.

Each day was enjoyable for Ashley, and she loves every minute of Mrs. Garcia’s teaching and becomes close to her like a daughter to a mother. Dr. Garcia saw something, and he couldn’t wait to finish the treatment so the couple would leave asap.

After a month of constant monitoring if Tanaga had any side effects and if the serum was working... It was concluded that it was safe for him to go back home and continue his treatment at home.

Mrs. Garcia was saddened, but there was nothing they could do. The couple lives in another country, and their family is waiting for them. The only consolation for her was that Sato will be staying and will be her permanent assistant.

Sato and Chef Sander had decided to move in together while both are working for Mrs. Garcia. The day before Tanaga and Ashley were to fly back to Houston, Sato had moved already to Chef Sander’s villa. He only stayed at Mrs. Garcia’s home for the last night so he could bid them goodbye at the airport.

Chef Sander had prepared a delicious dinner for everyone as a farewell to the Jones and thanked them for bringing Sato into his life. Everyone now accepted them as a couple, and no one judges them for being gay. Everyone except for Dr. Garcia congratulated them and wished them happiness.

Dr. Garcia only acknowledges them but not happy or unhappy about their relationship. As long as they don’t bother them, he will not bother them either. 𝗳𝚛𝗲𝕖𝕨𝕖𝗯𝚗𝚘𝕧𝕖𝗹.𝗰𝗼𝕞

The next day, Mrs. Garcia, Dr. Garcia, Dr. Green, and Sato were at the airport sending off the couple. They promised to come and visit another time with the whole family, and Mrs. Garcia was more than happy to hear that.

Dr. Green would stay a couple more days until all the serum Tanaga needed were finished, and then he would go back to Texas to monitor Tanaga’s progress...

All was set, and Ashley and Tanaga waved them goodbye as they entered the THJ Group Private plane to return home to the family with good news.

Unknown to the couple that bad news was waiting for them when they arrived...
