Tiny saw how his brows raised and touched the bridge of his nose while staring at his wife. He knew there’s going to be war, instead of a honeymoon. He quickly took Ashley’s luggage to the bedroom so he could be safe from his boss’s wrath.

Tanaga, on the other hand, was at a loss. He was trying to figure out what he did wrong. He decided to find out, "Love, are you ok? Did you even miss me? What’s with this homecoming gift? Why do you look at me like that? "Tanaga bombarded her with the question as he held her two hands.

He looked into her eyes, trying to find the answer, but instead, what he saw was how red it was. It seems she had been crying, and he felt a tinge of pain in his heart.

’Gosh! This man sure has a lot of guts! What does he mean, love, love my arse! He loved me so much that he forgot to pick me up at the airport? Then he has the guts to ask me a question if I missed him ... Yea, right!’ She let out a sigh as she just stared at him in silence.

"I know, maybe you’re hungry. Come, wait till you see what I have prepared for you. Come! Come, I’m sure you’ll enjoy it all." Tanaga exclaimed as he guides Ashley to the dining room.

Tiny, who was passing by on the way out to retrieve the rest of the luggage, shakes his head after seeing Tanaga’s demeanor. He’s so smitten with his wife that he doesn’t know what to do to make her happy.

"That’s what you got! If you had used your heart instead of your brain... You would have received more than just a smile. Instead, you might even end up in the dog house. Hahaha!" Tiny laughed secretly as he walked out the door.

Even though she was upset that her husband didn’t pick her up at the airport. She let him guide her for she’s, in fact, hungry. She wanted to see what kind of food he had prepared for her as a surprise. ’At least he was doing something.’ She thought.

Ashley’s eyes widened as the table filled with food. She looked at Tanaga, then looked at the table. She was about to speak, but she thought that maybe this is the reason why her husband didn’t get to pick her up at the airport. He was busy preparing all this delicious food for her.

As a result, Ashley’s mood changed and smiled at her husband before she said... "Thank you!" Then she pressed her lips to her husband’s cheek.

That’s all Tanaga needs, and he quickly embraces his wife as tight as he could. " Your no longer mad at me, right? Hahaha! I knew it, food is the only thing I need to make you happy. Oh, how I missed you so much!"

Ashley wanted to smack him on his head. But she restrained herself because their baby was hungry already hungry. Instead, she hugged him back and begin complaining.

"Sure, you prepared some food, but from the way you’re looking at me, I feel like I’m the appetizer, main course, and desserts." She banters as she tried to wiggle out of his embrace so she could sit down and eat.

"I’m sorry! Let’s sit down and eat." Tanaga pulled out the chair and sat down while Ashley was left standing.

"I swear, this husband of mine has a long way to go to learn how to become a gentleman. If being a gentleman is even in his vocabulary. Sigh!" She mumbles as she pulled the chair herself so she could sit down and eat.

Tanaga saw what his wife was doing, and he quickly got up and pulls the chair for her to sit.

"I’m sorry again! I was so excited and hungry. Hahaha!"

Ashley just nodded and sat in the chair pulled by her husband. Tanaga then quickly pulled her chair closer to him. He took his wife’s plate in front of her and began to serve her.

Ashley remembers what had happened at the restaurant the last time they went out to eat. "Tan, stop! Let me do it! I can get my own food. Serve yourself instead, all right!" She pleaded as she took her plate back.

He didn’t argue anymore and just let Ashley go and get her own food. Instead, he started getting his own food and began eating with gusto. "Hmm, Filipino dishes sure is delicious. Especially this one, the pork adobo... Yum-yum! I could eat this every day and never get tired of it."

Ashley was about to start eating when she remembered Tiny. She was about to call him when she remembered Tanaga. She wasn’t sure if he would allow Tiny to join them. So instead of eating, she only stared at her husband, who is so happy and eating like there’s no tomorrow.

When Tanaga noticed that Ashley had not begun to eat, he stopped for a moment, "Why aren’t you eating yet? You don’t like food?" One could tell that he was worried. It was visible on his face.

Ashley took advantage of Tanaga’s concern and asked if it’s all right for Tiny to join them at the table.

"Tan, this is too much food for jus the two of us. There’s no way that we would be able to finish it. Do you mind if I ask brother Tiny to come and eat with us? She hesitantly asked while praying that he would agree.

"Sure! Why not! Tiny! Tiny! Where are you? Come here and join us!" Tanaga shouted loudly so Tiny could hear him all the way to his room.

Ashley’s eyes widened in surprise again. She couldn’t believe she didn’t have to ask twice, and Tanaga called Tiny himself. Because of that, she quickly got up and give her husband a back hug.

Tanaga almost choked to death with her action. She hugged him too tight around his neck, the same time that he shoved a food on his mouth.

"Cough! Cough! Love, I can’t breathe!" While he held Ashley’s arm that was wrapped around her neck.

Ashley suddenly let go and retreated. "Oh, my God!" She was stunned that she almost tripped. Luckily Tiny arrived on time and was able to save her. If not, she would have fallen down flat on her ass.

"Ma’am, Ashley! Be careful if you know what I mean?" Tiny whispered as he helped her stand up straight.

She was so excited to be with her husband that Ashley forgot that she’s pregnant if Tiny didn’t point it out. She needs to find the right time to tell Tanaga, and she couldn’t wait to see his reaction when it happens.

"Sir! Did you call me? I’m sorry, and I was in the bathroom when you called. I didn’t hear what you said?" Tiny said as he waited for Tanaga to tell him what he wanted.

"Your ma’am Ashley said for you to join us for dinner. There’s too much food for just the two us. So sit down!" Said Tanaga while he continued eating without even looking at Tiny.

Ever since Tiny started working for Tanaga, he never once sat down at the same table with him to eat. Even though he was invited a couple of times. He still knew where he stands. He is a bodyguard, and they are masters. Therefore, he couldn’t eat together with Tanaga.

"Sir ma’am! I’m so sorry! I’ve eaten a lot on the plane, and I’m still full. Please, go ahead and enjoy your meal. If later on, I get hungry, I would just heat up some food for me to eat." He then quickly bowed to his masters to pay his respect then swiftly turned around to leave without giving them a chance to say anything.

Ashley could sense that Tiny was uneasy when he was giving his long speech. Therefore, she didn’t push the issue and began eating.

After a while, the couple finished eating. Tanaga stood up, and he stepped right behind Ashley, ready to help her stand.

Ashley smiled so beautifully for her husband’s kindness. She thought of giving him his present. As she stood up, she turned to her husband and looked straight into his eyes.

"Tan, I have a surprise for you! I know you will love it once I tell you." She was smiling from ear to ear, thinking of what might his reaction be once she told him...
