Inday saw him and knew who COO Koji Hanada. She was going to warn Butler Ruffy, but she’s late. So she just pulled Linda and Gemma, then turn around to use another route.

"Miss Inday, where are we going? Why did we leave, sir Ruffy by himself?" Gemma asked out of curiosity.

"Shh! Don’t ask any questions! Remember, deaf, mute, and blind. See no evil; hear no evil!" Inday threatened Gemma and Linda with a raised brow.

"Yes, ma’am!" The two responded in unison before following Inday wherever they might be going.

Meanwhile, Butler Ruffy was stunned when he suddenly bumped into someone blocking his passage. It’s COO Koji Hanada, and President Alden Sanches was right in front of him.

"Butler Ruffy! Is that really you? Hahaha! I can’t believe that you’re here!" Koji said while his smiling beautifully.

Koji was happily smiling because if Butler Ruffy is there, it means Ashley was the one he saw using Tanaga’s private elevator.

Butler Ruffy didn’t know how to answer. He just feigned ignorance, and he bends his head to give respect. "Good morning! Sir Hanada, I didn’t know that you’re also here in the Philippines?"

"Yeah, I’m working on a project with President Sanches here, and were about to go check out the facility right now. " He then Koji introduced Alden to Butler Ruffy.

"Butler Ruffy, this is President Sanches, the one I’m collaborating with right now."

Butler Ruffy bowed again. "Nice to meet you, President Sanches!" He greeted Alden, who didn’t even look at him, who is now impatient and couldn’t wait to get off there.

Butler Ruffy just ignored him and keeps on trying to find a way to also get out of there.

However, when Alden heard what Koji asked Butler Ruffy... He suddenly got interested and smiled a bit.

"So I’m safe to assume that since you’re here, CEO Jones and Miss Gusman are also here? I know it! She’s the one I saw entering the elevator a moment ago.

"Unfortunately, there were so many bodyguards blocking the way, and I could not see clearly if it was them.

"But wait! Why didn’t I saw CEO Jones?" Asked Koji, still wearing a friendly smile on his handsome face.

When Butler Ruffy heard what Koji had said, he got into thinking. ’Hmm, from the way he was speaking right and asking questions right now, it seems he still has no idea what his father had done? If that’s the case, it’s okay then. I need to get out of here, I don’t think I could handle another second of his interrogation.

Butler Ruffy was about to bid them goodbye when Alden suddenly speaks. "Am I hearing it correct that Miss Gusman is currently here in the Philippines and staying in this hotel?" Said Alden in an unseemly tone of voice.

Hearing what Alden just asked. Butler Ruffy couldn’t help but look at him from head to toe. At first, he’s placid because he considers Koji, but not now because of how Alden addressed him. So he responded to how he usually does with everyone.

"I’m sorry President Sanches, could you repeat that again?" Butler Ruffy said straight up in plain English and without an accent.

President Alden Sanches has no idea that the Butler he’s been speaking with is not just any Butler. He was a former assistant and bodyguard of Tanaga’s Grandfather and afterward his father.

He’s an educated person, who helps the Hanada and Jones Family with their business. When Tanaga’s parents passed away, he chooses to serve Tanaga as his Butler.

Therefore, he had been assisting Tanaga handles various THJ Group business dealing. Butler Ruffy is like a family to the Hanada and Jones.

"I said..." Alden didn’t get to finished his sentence when Butler Ruffy bid them goodbye. Informing them that he still has an important matter to attend to. Before turning around and leaving without looking back.

"How disrespectful! Hey! I’m not finished talking to you!" Alden shouted at Butler Ruffy, who’s walking away as fast as he could.

Koji was stunned and unable to utter a word when he saw how quick Butler left- As if the devil was chasing him. Another thing was, he didn’t even bother acknowledging Alden’s inquiry.

Seeing how Butler Ruffy ignored Alden’s questions, Koji decided to cancel his appointment with him. Also, he didn’t like the way he had treated Butler Ruffy, Koji respect the older man, more than anything.

"President Sanches, if you’ll excuse me... could we do this another time? I realized that I have an urgent phone call to make, and it couldn’t wait." He offered his hand for a handshake.

Alden accepts it while curious about what’s happening. However, there was nothing he could do or say. Koji immediately left to follow Butler Ruffy wherever he was going.

Once everyone was gone, Alden was at a loss of what to do. He contemplated whether he should go back to his office or stick around and hope that he would bump into Ashley.

The latter won, and he chose to stay and went towards the lobby bar. Once inside, he looked for a quiet and secured place to gaze at people walking around the lobby.

Koji was unable to find where Butler Ruffy went. Therefore, he decided to pay a visit to the General Manager’s office.

He was hoping that Butler Ruffy might be there. However, he was vastly disappointed when the only person inside the office was the Assistant G.M.

The assistant G.M. was busy with paperwork and didn’t even hear when Koji knocks on the opened door and silently walks in.

"Ahem! Ahem!" He cleared his throat so he could be noticed.

The assistant G.M. heard the knock and the noise, he stopped what he’s doing and lookup. He was stunned to see their COO standing at the doorway. He quickly got up and bowed to give his respect and greetings.

"Sir Hanada, what can I do for you?"

"Hi! Sorry to bother you, but I have a question to ask if you don’t mind?" Asked Koji as he approaches the man.

"Sure, sir! Anything, I will do my best to answer as long as I know what it is your going to ask. Hehe!" Said the assistant G.M. timidly.

"That’s good then, my question is simple. I want to know if someone is currently occupying CEO Jones penthouse?" He asked nonchalantly. Not wanting to alert the man and report to Butler Ruffy.

"Sir?" Asked the assistant G.M. with a creased on his forehead. He acted ignorantly with Koji’s question because he knows that someone is staying at the penthouse.

However, he also knew that the person is VIP and a guest of their CEO Jones. Therefore, he must abide by the rule of ’deaf, mute & blind’ See no evil, hear no evil.

"I was asking if someone is currently occupying CEO Jones penthouse? So’ what is it?" Koji repeated his question, at this time, a little sternly.

When the assistant G.M. still hesitated, Koji’s temper flared up. "So’ what is the answer to my question?" He growls as he holds his breath, waiting for the assistant G.M.’s response.

"Sir, here’s the thing..."
