"But you insulted me by taking my bloodline. Once I adapt to this world’s power, I will kill you even if I have to destroy the planet beneath my feet to kill you."

Chronos realized one simple thing. His power couldn’t directly or even indirectly kill Tyler as long as he had a little killing intent towards him.

But if he were fighting someone else and destroyed the planet in the process, then Tyler could logically die.
