Shang Hexing had a commanding presence, but Liang Yin was not intimidated and respectfully addressed him, “Second Brother.”

“Where is the person?” Shang Hexing’s gaze swept towards the car behind Liang Yin.

Liang Yin had already closed the car door before getting out, and the windows were one-way glass, so no one inside could be seen.

The car door was pulled open from the outside, and Wen Zhi’s soft body almost fell out. Shang Hexing reached out to steady her by the shoulder blades, then bent down, his gaze falling on her face, her almond eyes misty with water, her cheeks a deep red, and an abnormal red at that.

A fierce look appeared in Shang Hexing’s eyes. Seeing this scene, the driver Lai Sheng scrambled down from the car.

“Wen Zhi?” Shang Hexing called her name.

She, taking advantage of his gentle force, refused to back away and even bit him. Shang Hexing furrowed his brows and inhaled sharply, “Wen Zhi!”

Wen Zhi was as if possessed.

Her consciousness completely scrambled.

Shang Hexing was tortured intensely, fearing he might truly lose control, he no longer indulged her and clamped down on her wrists, “Don’t move.”

“Zhizhi is suffering…” Wen Zhi tilted her head, pressing her face against his hand like a kitten, “Help Zhizhi check here, see if it’s alright…”

Shang Hexing, known for his composure and focused will, found himself, in just a few short minutes, nearly exhausted by her alone.
