Chen Jinhai turned his head back, leaning down to report something to the man inside the car.

The man seemed to sense Wen Zhi’s gaze and looked over at her.

Wen Zhi nodded, “It’s him.”

Shang Jing’s eyes sparkled, “If Chen Zhu happens to be here, then the important vehicle should be my brother’s car, right?”

However, before he could be pleased for three seconds, Shang Jing’s expression fell again, “My brother’s car usually travels inconspicuously. For the police to be clearing the way today, there must be some other VIP on his car.”

After Chen Jinhai left, Shang Jing suddenly asked, “Wen Zhi, is Chen Zhu interested in pursuing you?”

Shang Jing’s intuition was usually very accurate, especially recalling how Chen Jinhai had shown various concerns for Wen Zhi that morning, even asking Wen Zhi to call him Xiaochen.
