Ye Ling led the two young women to the registration area. The upperclasswomen handling new student sign-ups immediately brightened upon seeing him.

However, the sight of Ning Ruoxi at his side made them instantly dismiss any such notions.

Ning Ruoxi was simply too beautiful—so beautiful that they felt they didn’t stand a chance.

The registration process for new students was actually quite simple. It was basically just signing your name, and then the person in charge would have you join two group chats.

One was the main group for all freshmen, where upperclassmen would usually answer questions. The other was the department group, where future announcements and other matters would be posted.

It’s worth mentioning that university isn’t like high school, where you see your homeroom teacher all day long...

Typically, freshmen are assigned to a "small class," which, to be frank, is just a group led by selected upperclassmen who are there to help new students adjust to life on campus.

As for the head of the "large class," you might not even see them more than a few times throughout your entire four years of university.

"Looks like that’s about it. Shall we take a stroll around campus?" Ye Ling said, turning to Ning Ruoxi and Luo Yue after he finished joining the groups.

Ning Ruoxi nodded in agreement.

According to the announcement in the group chat, all they had to do today was sign in and register. The official start of school was tomorrow.

Of course, students living on campus had to move into their dorms today...

And if you wanted to live off campus, you had to apply for it.

Ye Ling, of course, had no intention of staying in a dorm.
