Yun Tianlan gave Ye Ling and Wei Kun a skeptical look, but he couldn’t read anything in their expressions. He then said,

"In that case, Feiyun and I will look around elsewhere. President Wei, you and Young Master Ye can continue your chat."

With that, Yun Tianlan and Jiang Feiyun turned and left.

"Thank you for your help just now, Chairman Wei."

Once Yun Tianlan and his companion were gone, Ye Ling said with a slight smile, his gaze landing on Wei Kun.

’If Wei Kun had actually revealed that I own twenty percent of Character Jumping’s shares, I’m afraid even someone with Yun Tianlan’s disposition would have flown into a rage right here and now...’

’After all, you fucking own twenty percent of Character Jumping’s shares. How could you possibly be short a measly three hundred million?’

Ye Ling now owned twenty percent of the shares, making him Character Jumping’s second-largest shareholder. His opinions could undoubtedly influence the entire company’s decisions and strategic planning!

It was no wonder Wei Kun treated him with such importance!

"Oh, I see... I don’t intend to interfere too much in the company’s affairs. Just continue with business as usual."

Ye Ling said, slightly taken aback.

’And here I thought it was something serious,’ he mused. ’Turns out he just came to ask for my opinion on company operations...’

Ye Ling said, looking at Ning Ruoxi with a small smile.

"Why would I blame you?"

Ning Ruoxi stuck her tongue out playfully. "No matter what you become in the future, Young Master Ye or President Ye, you’ll always be my goofball."

"Yes, yes, you’re right."

Hearing this, Ye Ling smiled and dotingly ruffled Ning Ruoxi’s hair. But as his gaze drifted toward the direction Yun Tianlan had gone, his eyes flickered with thought.
