"What is the catch?"

"Demons can’t enter there. It is the Demon Enslaving Palace after all."

Ryan’s face immediately grew gloomy. Even though he didn’t have Soul Devouring Demonic Trick or any Demonic Bloodline, he was a demon nonetheless.

"Don’t be gloomy," The Succubus said. "Certain Demonic Bloodlines are allowed inside. Like Dungeon Demons or Heart Demons. What is your clone’s bloodline?"

Ryan sighed. "It has no bloodline."

They stared at him blankly. "What do you mean no bloodline? Does it have an impure bloodline with a lot of mixed ones?" Blade Demon asked.

"No, it doesn’t have any," Ryan said. "Don’t question my intelligence."

The Succubus grinned, slightly in disbelief. "You know what? Let’s extend our deal. I will take you in as my disciple. I will support you with all my heart, using all my means to help you. In return, I just want you to help me moderately down the line."

"You bitch," the Blade Demon spat on the ground. "What can you even teach? How to strip? If this kid has the talent to create clones without any bloodline, it means he can make the clones gain all the demonic bloodlines in this world one by one and get it for himself. This is exactly like that person from all those years ago!"

Ryan was surprised. "What?"

The Gray-winged humanoid sat down with a sweaty forehead and chuckled wryly. "You got some good skills. Can you absorb your clone’s abilities into your main body?"

Ryan shook his head. "I can’t absorb everything from my clone. I can absorb only one thing from him."

"And that one thing can be anything?"

He nodded.

They all sat silently.

"You could become the most dangerous thing we’ve seen," The Blade Demon said. "And I will be honest, my heartbeat just went up. Do you want to be my disciple? I can help you inherit the Blade Demon bloodline with this Clone of yours."

"I mean, this kid is definitely a play boy," The Succubus intervened with a frown. "If he gains my Succubus bloodline, it would be more to his style."

The Grey-winged humanoid sneered. "What are your bloodlines worth? Yeah, your cultivation might be higher than me but my bloodline gaps you twos by miles."

Ryan was still surprised, but he asked, "What’s your bloodline?"

"Dark Angel Bloodline," The Grey-winged humanoid said pridefully. "Also called the Angel Eaters. We have near-immunity to angelic magic. Don’t you want that?"

As he was thinking, Ryan understood the benefit of having all the Demonic Bloodlines out there. He could gain more Resistances. When he gains all the bloodlines, he would also gain all the Resistances. Then, he would be invincible against most enemies of similar ranks. Not to mention all the abilities he would gain.

And maybe even more things due to being such a special case. Dream Gambler’s Mortal Puppet could indeed do that.

"Wait!" A fatty said with an incredibly stern voice. "If he doesn’t have any demonic bloodline, doesn’t that mean he can just infuse any bloodline into his blood and make it his own?"

"Yes?" The Succubus frowned.

"Can’t he take a drop of blood from those Titans living underground?" He said. "Those unborn giants have the Demon Suppressing Bloodline right? They are not demons but they have the same core as demons. If he can absorb Demon Bloodlines, he should be able to absorb that too!"

This made them all lose it as they began an argument, but soon, it grew calm.

The Succubus was the one to explain. "If you can get that Bloodline, you will be immensely strong against Demons. And you will be able to enter that castle in the skies. Not to mention---you will become the next inheritor of that castle and all its slaves."

Mark and Ryan both took a deep breath.

"Slaves? Including those giants?"

"Including those giants. Including us. We will all be your slaves."

"Demon Suppressing Bloodline is almost extinct in this era, you can’t see anyone outside this place with that. But a lot of their infants are underground, all stillborn. You just have to ingest their blood and you will become the next ruler of this land."

"That simple?" 𝑓𝑟𝑒𝘦𝓌𝑒𝑏𝑛𝑜𝘷𝑒𝘭.𝒸𝘰𝑚

"Not really," The Blade Demon said. "When you attain the bloodline, you will be tested by the ancestors of this temple. And if you succeed, you can get everything in this place. But yeah, it is very plausible that you can jump from the land to the skies in one jump with this opportunity.

"In fact, if you absorb the castle into your World Space, your cultivation and understanding should also evolve to around Tier 7 immediately. It is made with the blood of an unknown number of Tier 7 souls and blood after all."

The Grey Winged Humanoid shook his head with a sigh. "But of course, he could fail and he would be killed too. And not like any of us want to become his slaves. If we are helping him do it, we need guarantee for our own safety right?"

"Of course," The Blade Demon said. "I am willing to help if you promise using a tool I have that you will help us later on and won’t betray and enslave us."

Everyone liked helping the most talented people. And apparently, he had become that guy.

Ryan had a very suspicious feeling about this luck.

"I promise I will help."

Now, he could plan his raise here through the Puppet. And very apparently---the Demon Suppressing Bloodline and the Demon Suppressing Castle was anything but an ordinary opportunity.

He had some misgivings about being so lucky when he was supposed to be unlucky, but he wouldn’t be himself if he didn’t try to make the most out of any opportunity.

He could get many Demonic Bloodlines and Resistances along with it through Dream Gambles? Check. He will do that. That was a better way to use Dream Gamble demonic trick anyway.

He could get an especially unique bloodline from this place? Check. He will see it for himself and attain it if it seems really as good as these people make it out to be.

He could have a chance of becoming like that mysterious person they were talking about? He could have a chance at killing Tier 5 as a Tier 3 through entering the castle? Check. He will try.

Ryan knew his goals now, and he no longer had to worry about mundane things like hunger and thirst. He now had the support of a bunch of demons who were even stronger and more experienced than his main body!

They were eager to support!

And through this event, Mark also realized that for all her good qualities, Reol’ran had never been a good teacher. She was still his soulmate, and his baby girl, but indeed, she didn’t even find his best hidden talent.

She was too prideful to agree to any of her insufficiencies though.
