Liu Hu called to say he had decided to buy a house, and had his eyes on a two-bedroom, which he and his sister Liu Qian had agreed upon after discussing together.

They initially planned on buying a bigger house so Liu Qian could have her own room, but she refused.

She was the one who said he could keep a room for her to stay temporarily before he got married, and when he did, she planned to buy her own house. Money was not a huge issue, as the farm treated her like family, and saving up for a few years would be enough.

The houses weren’t very expensive now, except in the rich district where houses were particularly costly. However, in ordinary slums, it wasn’t that expensive, and one could buy a decent apartment for just a couple hundred thousand.

After the abundant harvest, they recollected a significant amount of money. The store had items for sale, and they were busy to distraction, with daily revenues bringing smiles to Wenwen’s face, leading Li Pan to tease her as a little money-lover.

Xue Dong, along with Li Pan and Qin Jianzhong, went to see the houses today, planning to take a look around and see if any became the apple of their eye.

They first visited an apartment complex near the rich district, a bordering property, luxuriously constructed with lush vegetation in the area—a requirement only a Wood Power User could fulfill.

There’s not enough land to farm, let alone plant flowers—obviously, only the rich district enjoyed such luxuries.

“This residential area is really well-done.”

“Coming out of this residential area and turning left, there’s a school, and a ten-minute walk to the right leads to a large shopping mall with supermarkets and the like. The boss has got our products into the supermarkets in the rich district, and they are quite pricey,” he explained.

Their products had labels on them, specially arranged by Xue Dong. The supermarket had a standalone sign indicating they were from Panpan Farm, pricing them ten percent higher than products from other farms.

“That expensive, and people buy it?”

Li Pan frowned.

“My silly sister, the crops and fruits grown by a High-level superpower user have much higher energy than those grown by Middle and low-level superpower users, and they are good for health. You ask if people want them? They practically fight over them.”

Qin Jianzhong, often commuting between the base and the farm and currently in charge of sales, was very familiar with the market conditions.
