"Tsk, it’s all so damn expensive."

White mused beneath his breath, looking at the panel.

As expected, the price of the rooms varied according to the grade of the runes drawn upon them, and those runes were in three classifications.

Ordinary, Rare, and Elite.

The Ordinary were the ones that were freely given to them by the academy, one of which White currently had.

It had poor living conditions, and the runes barely absorbed even the minimum amount of energy.

Going above that was the Rare category of buildings, and those were on a higher level.

The rooms were manageable, but even more importantly, compared to the Ordinary-grade runes, the Rare-grade runes absorbed a minimum of 10x better energy.

But the prices went from free to the cheapest being at 350 points!

The prices increased based on the design of the space, reaching up to 750 points.

As for the Elite buildings, they were the second-best, with a minimum of 20x better energy compared to the Ordinary rune area, and their living spaces almost rivaled even that of Xtremecyber.

But the price... the cheapest White found was at 1,000 points.

It would take months of grinding Bloodpoints before a student would normally be able to come across such an amount.

But even the Elite-grade rooms weren’t the best.

There was a final grade called Prodigy, and right now, it wasn’t even available for White to check out.

Doing so gave him the message:

"Unqualified."

His head lifted to the sky, where the glass surface and the building above came into view, and in that moment, he remembered the words said to him by the guide.

He mused, his brows furrowing.

If the Elite-grade rooms had 20x the amount of energy, then how much would the Prodigy ones have?

If one person had 1x or 10x energy and another had 20x, and some possessed 50x, wouldn’t that make the speed of cultivation worlds apart, creating a wide gap in growth and undoubtedly strength?

"It’s almost unfair..."

White mused, but then shrugged it off, turning to the panel and buying a Rare-grade room with good livable conditions for 400 Bloodpoints.

He might not have access to a 20x or 50x increase, but going from 1x to 10x was still an improvement.

Locking onto the location of his room, he immediately headed in the direction of his previous dorm room.

Picking up his manuals into the bag, he stepped out for the final time, heading toward the direction of his new place.

He met a couple of students on his way, many with distrust and caution in their eyes, but at least none disturbed him.

He reached his door, pressing his hand on it as a green glow radiated through its surface before it rolled open.

Stepping in, it closed behind him.

Just like the picture, it was exactly as described.

Even though it was within a mountain, it was almost unrecognizable.

The walls weren’t cold, hard rocks, but emerald-colored gemstones, runes drawn with artistic precision on their surfaces, releasing an unexplainable cold energy that gave White a strange feeling of excitement.

His hand reached for his heart, feeling the transplanted werewolf heart within him pounding louder.

"Genetic Energy, hmm?"

But then, his eyes narrowed as he looked deeper into the room.

The entire area was one long space, but while the area near the entrance was emerald green, the deeper area had rocks as black as coal.

Stepping into that area, White felt nothing but his hair standing on end.

There was nothing there but an altar, which had crimson-red runes inscribed all over it, and sitting on top of that altar was a coffin about 2.5 meters long.

Even when he couldn’t see anything clearly, he knew those crimson runes were definitely absorbing some energy.

And since the runes behind him were radiating Genetic Energy...

That meant one thing.

"This place takes in Otherworld Energy."

White mused beneath his breath.

Walking closer to the coffin, he saw bizarre dark runes etched within it, and crimson energy mist radiated out from it.

"Don’t tell me Otherworld Dreaming is cultivated in a coffin?"

White muttered, feeling an uncomfortable chill run through him.

Imagine being in a coffin to cultivate.

He didn’t want to stay there any longer, so he stepped back into the genetic area.

There was a door at the side, but White already knew that it was the bathroom and wasn’t interested in checking it out.

Taking a seat on the singular sofa in the room, he brought out the pitch-black grimoire from the bag and sat up straight, placing the grimoire on his lap.

His eyes trailed across the inscribed words: "OTHERWORLD DREAM" on the front page.

He could feel an unexplainable sensation stirring within him, as if he was involving himself with something dangerous, but it wasn’t strong enough to make him stop.

He turned the first page, facing the opening of the book, which held a single line:

White mused beneath his breath.

"I wonder who, or what, that is."

Turning the page, he came across the notes that truly delved into Otherworld Dreaming.
