Mu Chen’s judgment was spot on. The Secret Technique He Long was using did indeed contain a trace of Thunder Power, but the amount was extremely limited. Compared to Mu Chen’s Meteor Fall, He Long’s technique was rather crude. He Long was merely using a Secret Technique to borrow a sliver of the Power of Nature to boost his might.
