Suddenly, crackles of thunder erupted from the black hole in the sky. The already distorted space twisted even more violently. The Snow Qilin looked up at the Azure Sky, her expression suddenly turning serious. She let out a low cry, "Damn it, I’m running out of time."

After speaking, she turned her gaze back to Mu Chen, looking at him with a grave expression. She continued, "Little one, my time is short, but I have many things I need to tell you. For the next little while, do not speak. Just listen."

Hearing this, Mu Chen was stunned for a moment before his expression also turned serious. "Go on."

The Snow Qilin nodded. "What is speaking to you now is a consciousness I left behind. Though it is just a consciousness, it possesses its own intelligence. This consciousness was meant to appear when I was reborn through reincarnation. The one it was supposed to speak with should have been my true self, but I never expected a little one like you to get lucky and actually form a Life and Death Contract with my main body."

If Jiu Feng ever found out, she would laugh for ten thousand years." At this, the Snow Qilin shook her head helplessly, but then a smile appeared. The Central State of the Extreme Martial Continent was a rich and prosperous region, the very heart of the entire continent. It was home to countless sects and families.
